THE PROJECT PRESENTS THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN RPA SYSTEM FOR THE TEACHER QUALIFICATION PROCESS. THE MAIN GOAL OF THE PROJECT IS TO AUTOMATE AND IMPROVE THE ACCURACY OF THE GRADING PROCESS USING TECHNOLOGIES SUCH AS PDF FILE PROCESSING, GRADING ALGORITHMS, AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE MODELS. THE PROJECT METHODOLOGY DESCRIBES THE RPA WORKFLOW, WHICH INCLUDES UPLOADING PDF FILES, CONVERTING TO EXCEL, ANALYZING EXCEL SHEETS, AND AUTOMATICALLY GENERATING RATING REPORTS. THE STUDY'S FINDINGS HIGHLIGHT THE IMPORTANCE OF AUTOMATION IN TEACHER QUALIFICATION AND THE POTENTIAL OF RPA TECHNOLOGIES TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY AND QUALITY OF THIS PROCESS. Welding constitutes a type of permanent joint in the assembly process in the secondary manufacturing industry such as construction for the manufacture of automobiles, aircraft, bridges, tanks, ships, pipes, among others. The objective of this research was to compare the mechanical tensile strength and hardness of welded specimens. The mechanical traction was to evaluate the resistance to breakage of the weld seams by the MIG/MAG process versus the SMAW welding process, on ASTM 36 base material. The hardness was to determine the plastic deformation of the area affected by heat during the fusion process. This research will serve as a precedent for other studies that aim to improve the production processes of textile and apparel companies by proposing a preventive solution for excess fabric waste that results from the production process. The study will also provide insights into reducing the amount of excess fabric waste in the marking and cutting areas via the manufacture of additional clothing items and accessories. Consequently, by efficiently allocating resources to make optimal use of seasonal material, costs can be reduced, ultimately leading to improved profitability for the textile knitwear company.

Soil is a vital nonrenewable resource characterized by rapid degradation and slow regeneration processes. In this study, soil degradation in Jaén and San Ignacio was assessed via a multicriteria evaluation approach combined with remote sensing (RS) data. Nine factors were analyzed classified three categories: environmental, topographic, and edaphological factors. The results revealed that the slope (59.07%) was the main influencing factor, followed by land use and land cover (LULC) (56.36%). The degradation map revealed that 83.48% of the area exhibited moderate degradation, 14.49% low degradation, and 1.56% high degradation. The districts of Pomahuaca and San José de Lourdes demonstrated the largest areas of moderate degradation, accounting for 13.71% and 22.54%, respectively. Wetlands provide multiple ecosystem services that multiply the social, economic, and environmental development of the population; However, these problems undergo environmental problems that accelerate the eutrophication process. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the trophic states of Medio Mundo’s main lagoon of the Albufera Regional Conservation (ACRAMM). For this, the Carlson Trophic State Index modified by Toledo (IETM) was used and a predictive mathematical model for the total water phosphorus was formulated; where the dependent variable was represented by the parameter and the independent ones, by the reflections of Sentinel-2 images. The introduction of artificial intelligence methods and techniques in the construction industry has fostered innovation and constant improvement in the automation of monitoring and control processes at construction sites, although there are areas where more studies still need to be conducted. This paper proposes a method to determine the criticality of cracks in concrete samples. The proposed method uses a previously trained YOLOv4 neural network to identify concrete cracks. Then, the region of interest, determined by the bounding box resulting from the neural network model classification, is extracted. Finally, the extracted image is converted to negative grayscale to quantify the number of white pixels above a certain threshold, automatically allowing the system to characterize the fracture’s extent and criticality. La investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar la relación entre la gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral en el área de cobranzas tardía de una institución financiera en lima, 2022; considerando como dimensiones de la gestión del talento humano los procesos de integrar, desarrollar y retener personas y, de desempeño laboral las dimensiones participación por objetivos, capacidades y habilidades, evaluación de desempeño y motivación laboral. Located in the south of the Iberian Peninsula, the Doñana salt marshes occupy around half of Doñana National Park and are currently considered among the most important wetlands worldwide due to the importance of their ecosystem. In this research work, using a novel patented procedure, the effects of climate change on the study area between 2009 and 2020 were evaluated. For this reason, DEMs were downloaded from the 30-meter Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM).
