The article examines the power that the Criminal Procedure Code gives the National Police to inform the media about the identity of the accused; and analyzes if this faculty affects the right to the presumption of innocence enshrined in the Political Constitution of the State and the Code of Criminal Procedure, in order to demonstrate that, in this aspect, the guarantee of a democratic criminal system is null and has serious negative effects in the person, in terms of labeling and stigmatization for the construction of the enemy.

This research examines how information about President Dina Boluarte’s statements on the Rolex case was published in the newspaper La República betweenMarch 14 and April 6, 2024. For this study, fundamental criteria such as editorial line, journalistic criteria, and genres considered in the editions published during thatperiod were analyzed. A qualitative approach and a hermeneutic design were chosen. The non-probabilistic sample consisted of 18 editions of the newspaper. Among the most notable findings, the media outlet was identified by its editorial line of opposition to the president. The aim of this work is to design, implement and validate a primary communication system based on a brain-computer interface. There are people who-for various reasons-are affected in their ability to externalize their communication, however, they receive and process information from different sources. This system would allow basic communication-allowing the user to answer closed questions-through thought. The system was implemented by analyzing and interpreting electrical signals from brain activity, collected through electrodes attached to the scalp. This study focuses on analyzing the influence of chatbot implementation on the export of information technology services in China, South Korea, Hong Kong during the period 2019-2022.The methodology employed a systematic review of scientific literature, making the development mostly a qualitative descriptive design.Additionally, 30 research articles were selected to analyze how personalization of interactions with clients, self-service, and the collection of feedback in chatbots influence the exportation of information technology services.The findings indicate that the implementation of chatbots has emerged as a critical factor in optimizing the processes of exporting information technology services in a highly competitive and digitized market.

We extend the class of M-tests for a unit root analyzed by Perron and Ng (1996) and Ng and Perron (1997) to the case where a change in the trend function is allowed to occur at an unknown time. These tests M(GLS) adopt the GLS detrending approach of Dufour and King (1991) and Elliott, Rothenberg and Stock (1996) (ERS). Following Perron (1989), we consider two models: one allowing for a change in slope and the other for both a change in intercept and slope. We derive the asymptotic distribution of the tests as well as that of the feasible point optimal tests PT(GLS) suggested by ERS. The asymptotic critical values of the tests aretabulated. Also, we compute the non-centrality parameter used for the local GLS detrending that permits the tests to have 50% asymptotic power at that value. In Argentina, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, along with its Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001, introduces in its Article 26 norms related to the provision of credit services, imposing obligations on data controllers and recognizing rights to data subjects. In this article, we will analyze the current regulatory framework, offering comments from a comparative law perspective. We will examine legislation in the region and in European Union countries. Este trabajo analiza la decisión en mayoría adoptada por el Tribunal Constitucional en el marco de la sentencia recaída en el expediente N.º 03549-2021-AA/TC. Es un proceso constitucional de amparo en la que se analiza si hubo vulneración del derecho a la tutela procesal efectiva, el debido proceso y, en especial, el derecho a la debida motivación de las decisiones. El Banco Central de Reserva del Perú afirma que la casación 14107-2017 Lima, del 1 de diciembre de 2017 debe ser declarada nula por contravenir los derechos antes mencionados.
