The age at first service (EPS), age at first calving (EPP), calving – first service interval (IPPS), calving – conception interval (IPC), inter-calving interval (IEP), number of services per conception (NSC), conception rate at first service (TCPS) and overall conception rate (TCG) were determined from historical data of 559 dairy cows from 4 intensive milk dairy farms in the Lima region. Variables under analysis were farm, calving season (summer: December–March; winter: April–August; spring: September–November) and parity (primmiparous; multiparous). The aim of this study was to determine the productive and reproductive parameters of the Saños and Mantaro guinea pig lines, developed at the Santa Ana Agrarian Experimental Station, in the central highlands of Peru. Records from the years 2017 to 2020 of 1773 and 1888 guinea pigs of the Saños and Mantaro lines, respectively, were analysed. The productive parameters evaluated were the weights at birth (PN), at weaning (PD) and at the fourth (P4), eighth (P8) and thirteenth week (P13). La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar la calidad del agua del río Ichu en zonas urbanas del distrito de Huancavelica, estableciéndose seis puntos de muestreo, estos fueron georreferenciados y las muestras de agua fueron analizadas en el laboratorio RCJ Labs Universal, se determinaron los parámetros físicos, químicos y microbiológicos, siendo la demanda bioquímica de oxígeno, oxígeno disuelto coliformes fecales nitratos, pH, temperatura, sólidos totales disueltos, fosfatos totales, turbidez, en los puntos de muestreo lo cual permitió calcular el Índice de Calidad de Agua (ICA-NSF), cuyos valores fluctuaron entre 27 y 32, representativos de una mala calidad de estas aguas, por encontrarse en el rango de 26 a 60 en la referida escala.

The aim of the study was to compare the electrocardiographic parameters of clinically healthy Holstein calves raised in the high altitude (3827 m) and at sea level (175 m). Parameters under evaluation were rate, rhythm, size and morphology of the waves, segments and intervals and cardiac axis. The tests were performed in an upright position at an amplitude of 1 mV/cm and speed of 25 mm/sec, using the bipolar (I, II, III) and unipolar (AVL, AVR, and aVF) leads. The results showed that heart rate was 87.33 ± 9.77 and 127.40 ± 7.52 at high altitude and at sea level respectively. The heart rate at both locations were considered as regular normal sinus rhythm. The cardiac axis at high altitude was -120.1 ± 7.30° and at sea level was 63.7 ± 3.02°. The objective of the study was to evaluate the effect of a mixture of organic acids and their salts on the productive parameters in broilers. A total of 133 1-day-old male chicks of the Cobb Vantress 500 Line were distributed in three treatments with three repetitions per treatment: T1, diet with Zinc-Bacitracin; T2, diet containing organic acids; and T3, control treatment, diet without growth promoter. At 42 days of age, feed conversion in T2 was 5.2% less than in T3 (p<0.05); however, no statistical differences were observed between treatments regarding body weight, body weight gain, feed consumption, mortality rate and productive efficiency index. The objective of the research was to apply the methodology for the determination of the ICA-PE water quality index in the Escalera river of the Huachocolpa district in the periods of 2015 and 2018, the samplings carried out were given 2 points (REsca1 and REsca2), For data collection, it was based on mathematical simulation, documentary analysis and registration, at the sampling points the concentrations of aluminum, arsenic, cadmium, copper, iron, manganese, lead and zinc were determined, these parameters exceeded the environmental quality standards. La región de Arequipa posee la mayor extensión del litoral peruano en el mar Pacífico, también posee recursos de agua dulce compuestos por ríos y lagunas desde la costa hasta la sierra de los Andes. El vehículo ALBA es una embarcación de superficie autónoma de bajo costo con arquitectura de código abierto que se está desarrollando para respaldar las tareas de monitoreo del agua en la región. Este artículo trata el problema de identificación no lineal para una nave autónoma de superficie y se utiliza el método de estimación de máxima verosimilitud para estimar sus parámetros. El modelo paramétrico no lineal se considera con datos experimentales y simulados. Los resultados muestran buenos valores de ajuste cuando se estiman dos, tres y un máximo de cuatro parámetros
