El presente aporte se circunscribe a uno de los más serios problemas de la criminalística peruana, el abandono de la poroscopia, disciplina abocada al estudio de los poros presentes en la piel. Para ello, se efectuó el estudio de la literatura nacional e internacional que versa sobre la dimensión teórica de esta rama del saber y la evidencia empírica referida a su aplicación. Se concluyó que, el uso de la poroscopia optimizaría la identificación personal, al reducir varios de los equívocos provocados por el empleo aislado de los dos primeros niveles de análisis dactilar, e incrementaría la fiabilidad de las homologaciones, motivos por los que la misma debe ser implementada a nivel nacional.

En este trabajo investigo fuentes periodísticas de la Emancipación: Mercurio Peruano, El Pacifcador del Perú y La Abeja Republicana, hitos de la expresión literaria del periodo y cimientos de la publicación libre de regulaciones editoriales impuestas por el sistema español. Sobre la base de estos diarios (1970 - 1822) establecemos, desde los contenidos artísticos, una comparación entre las intencionalidades discursivas de los editores y de los enunciadores sobre la base de algunas epístolas, poemas y notas, que muestra una estrecha relación entre literatura e historia del Perú. Twenty seven homing pigeons (10 males and 17 females) were biometrically studied and the bilateral symmetry (right-left) level was evaluated. Analysed traits were the length of outer external rectrices, length of the wing and length of the second primary feather. The aim of the study was to check whether there is a relationship between the degree of asymmetry level and general health of the birds (expressed as a measure of body condition). Measurements showed a normal distribution and without differences according to the body condition, indicating a high degree of stable growth.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el conocimiento sobre salud oral y las prácticas de higiene bucal en padres de familia con niños en edad preescolar en una institución educativa. Material y métodos: Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo aplicado, con un diseño no experimental, correlacional y de corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 300 padres de familia y la muestra no probabilística por 100 participantes. Se emplearon dos cuestionarios, uno para conocimiento de salud oral con una validez V Aiken de 0,86 y otro para prácticas de higiene bucal con una validez de 0,87. La prueba de confiabilidad de alfa de Cronbach de 0,897 indica que existe relación entre las dos variables del estudio. The purpose of this research was to determine the degree of relationship between Knowledge Management and Job Satisfaction in teachers of the educational institutions of the Initial level of the city of Puno. This lexicographical survey is based on a sample taken upon reviewing in the 2001 22nd edition of the Diccionario de la Real Academia Española (DRAE) 1700 headwords bearing the mark Argentina in one or more meanings. Even though this is a preliminary study, it spotlights the lexical similarity in the Spanish spoken in Argentina and Peru. This similarity is noticeable not only in the handling of expressions typical to general, supranational Spanish, but also in the treatment of expressions shared exclusively by Argentina and Peru and in the usage in Peru of Argentinian expressions yet to be recorded in the DRAE with the additional label Perú. So besides demonstrating the remarkable lexical coincidence between the two countries, some amendments are put forward for a number of headwords, either by attaching the label Perú or by correcting some meanings or adding new meanings.

O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar aspectos importantes do ensino do curso de língua espanhola a nível universitário. É necessário diferenciar as abordagens inclinadas ao ensino de conceitos lingüísticos, em oposição à abordagem orientada a aspectos práticos que respondem às expectativas básicas de um curso de Língua Espanhola (escrita e expressão oral). A influência da juventude e do discurso popular também deve ser levada em consideração, entendendo-se que não se trata de excluí-la ou condená-la, mas de identificar os contextos de interação sociolingüística nos quais é relevante utilizá-la.

Objective. Understand the perspective of patients in relation to the current way of obtaining an appointment in primary health care. Methods. A bibliography search was performed in the online databases in Spanish and English. The main source was sought by reviewing the bibliographical references of the publications. Results. It was found that the shift to virtuality has made it easier for users to access a primary health care appointment, reducing waiting time and paving the way for non-face-to-face care; the level of user satisfaction has increased positively. Conclusions. Phone and virtual requests are here to stay; these are not intended to replace face-to-face requests, but they are a necessary tool to improve the quality of care for users.

This paper is based on the premise that parole assumes the configuration of rights and the objective was to reach an approximation to the implications of such a postulate in the Peruvian legal system. For that purpose, an analysis of the national and international literature that deals with the dogmatic and applicational dimensions of these figures was carried out. It was concluded that it is not possible to restrict the legal application of early release, regardless of the seriousness of the crime or sentence imposed, and that the concession factors to be legislated must be based on empirical evidence related to recidivism.

This article deals with the technical details for the building of a temperate pool with Sun collectors. The so called "tornillo" timber and the CPC Technology (composite parabolic collector) were used for. In the coonections, was to simplify outer ways intent to diminish heat loss. Eight collecting boxes were used with reflectors of shining aluminum foils were used. The purpose is to show a cheaper economical and ecological alternative for users.

The present research aimed to examine whether perfectionism and some demographic variables can predict levels of resilience (and their dimensions) in adults from Venezuela. The design was cross-sectional predictive, through logistic regression analysis. Participants were 313 Venezuelan mature adults (M = 46.44 years), mostly women (82.7%), residents of the interior of the country (70.9%), with higher education (64.2%), and paid employment (67.9%). An adapted version of the Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (Frost et al., 1990) and the Resilience Scale for Adults (Hernández y Lezama, 2016) was applied via Google Forms. Organization was a positive predictor of resilience and two of its dimensions (OR = 1.13 - 1.27), while fear of mistakes was a negative predictor of resilience and “morality and values” (OR = 0.96). Introduction: Hypertension is a cardiovascular risk factor and the initial mechanism is unknown in 90% of the cases. Currently hypertension is considered a syndrome with metabolic and structural abnormalities where oxygen reactive species (ORS) play a preponderant pathophysiological role. In this article are analyzed the linguistic expressions of the colloquial Spanish of Lima in which men and women are conceptualized as animals. It studies the polysemy and metaphor of the zoomorphisms cerdo, lobo, perro and zorro, and their respective feminine forms. This is a qualitative research with a descriptive scope. The cognitive mechanism of metaphor, the extended version of the Prototype Theory (Lakoff, 1980, 1987) and the Frame Theory (Fillmore, 1982) are used in the analysis, all of which allow the detailing of the cognitive and cultural motivations that condition a certain social group to express itself in that way. Finally, new senses were identified in each zoomorphism, showing that words are prone to variation, which is determined by the use of the speakers, especially among the younger generations.

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo de estudio determinar el nivel de aplicación de las medidas legales de ecoeficiencia para cuidar el ambiente en un Distrito Judicial del Perú, durante el periodo comprendido del 2018 al 2021. Para ello, se aplicó un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicado, diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional. The article reviews the place that legal theory has recognized for emotions and feelings within criminal justice. Based on documentary research, two main models that have been developed in this regard are outlined: the dominant model of judicial rationalism, which poses a dichotomy between reason and emotions, and the model of judicial emotivism, which claims the relevance of emotions in law and justice. Proposing an ideal of cordial criminal justice as desirable is concluded. In this ideal, the judge resolves rationally as he is obliged to do, but his own emotions and those of the parties, which he can glimpse in an empathetic way, are his motivation.
