We made a brief reminder of the etiology, pathology, symptoms. diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of early cancer of the fallopian tube. It has presented a case of adenocarcinoma of the tube associated with uterine fibroids, in which symptoms were the most frequent of the entity and yet not made the clinical and surgical diagnosis, being a finding of the pathologist. We believe that the diagnosis of carcinoma of the tube, although it is difficult, it can be done if we consider that possibility in the sick, especially menopausal, presenting vaginal discharge, bleeding, abdominal pain and pelvic tumor. The study of vaginal discharge, by the Papanicolaou method we consider of value in screening for this cancer.

The authors have studied 9 cases of primary carcinoma of the Fallopian tube; this means an incidence of 0.09 % in a total of 9266 malignant tumors of the genital tract observed at the Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas, Lima Perú, between 1952 and 1966. The patients had an average age of 50 years, range 33-70; the treatment was surgical and radiation, and the overall survival rate was 22 %.

Los fibromas de la trompa de Falopio son tumores benignos extremadamente poco frecuentes. La mayoría son asintomáticos y se encuentran incidentalmente. Frecuentemente son manejados con laparotomía. Se presenta un caso muy raro de fibroma extrauterino, dependiente del istmo de la trompa de Falopio izquierda en una mujer de 53 años; que tuvo los diagnósticos preoperatorios de probable fibroma de ovario y como segunda probabilidad mioma uterino parasitario y fue tratada por laparotomía con biopsia por congelación. Neural tube defects are the second most frequent cause of congenital malformation during prenatal development. They constitute 10% of them. The origin is usually multifactorial, and it results in an incomplete or defective closure of the anterior or posterior neuropore, causing different levels of defects in the central nervous system. Despite all the research done, our knowledge of genetics in this topic is very limited so we don’t know how many genes can confer risk of anomaly in the development of the neural tube. Introduction: Primary extrauterine choriocarcinoma is a rare entity and it usually involves the uterine cervix. Primary choriocarcinoma of the Fallopian tube is even rarer. Its clinical presentation resembles an ectopic pregnancy. The diagnosis is made by microscopic examination. Objective: We present two cases of primary tubal choriocarcinoma. Cases presentation: The first case presents a 27-yearold nulligravida who complained of pelvic pain for 30 hours and vaginal bleeding lasting 20 days. The second case is a 34-year-old women gravida 3, para 3, who was admitted because of increasing pelvic pain for the last 3 days and sparse vaginal bleeding for 2 weeks. Retrospective study Cayetano Heredia National Hospital between January 1991 and April 1993 in 972 products evaluated by ultrasound. The objective was to determine the accuracy of ultrasound level performed in the second trimester, in the detection of neural tube defects in the general population. To do ultrasound findings correlate with the clinical evaluation of the newborn. A detection rate of neural tube defects in 90% (96/100), specificity of 99.6% (958/964) false positive rate of 30% (4113) and false negative rate of 0.1 was found % (1959). 100% of anencephaly is detected.

This work analyzes the new visual conventions on YouTube used by content creators with the aim of determining the editing techniques and resources they employ and comparing their techniques with the conventional rules of film editing. The initial hypothesis is that YouTubers have departed from the rules of classical film editing and have created their own editing code on YouTube. To study and demonstrate this phenomenon, the testimonies and videos of various lifestyle-themed content creators on YouTube are taken as the subject of analysis. The results conclude that the new creators of digital audiovisual content have developed their own editing approaches inspired by the emerging audiovisual trends of social media.

Reaction fronts of chemical activity propagate with velocities that depend on the angle of inclination of the container. Buoyancy forces due to changes in chemical composition across the front will affect the velocity and shape of the front. If an external Poiseuille flow is imposed, the conditions of propagation would also change depending on the strength of this flow. Fronts in vertical tubes can change from flat to nonaxisymmetric, and then to axisymmetric as the density gradient is increased. Imposing a Poiseuille flow or tilting the tube changes how this sequence takes place. In this paper, we study the combined effects of convection and forced Poiseuille flow in inclined tubes, solving numerically the reaction-diffusion equations coupled to the Navier- Stokes equations.

The chronic carrying patient of tracheostomy can develop respiratory insufficiency caused by complications associated to the use of the tube. It is necessary to recognize the different causes to be able to determine the best handling of the tracheostomy complications. We present the case of a chronic carrying patient of tracheostomy by laryngeal stenosis, who after three years of tracheostomy develops respiratory insufficiency due to tracheal granulomas.
