It is established that mesonephric remnants rest of the lateral margin of the cervix, can suffer malignant change. Mesonephric Adenocarcinoma of the cervix uteri, is a rare lesion, and its incidence in the Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas, is 0.03 % in over all cervical carcinomas, and 1.9 % in adenocarcinomas of the uterine cervix. Cervical cytologic studies have little value in the detection of the early disease process. We considered that a combination treatment of radium plus radical surgery to endocervical and mesonephric adenocarcinoma in clinical stage I and II, is the best procedure.

Basal cell carcinoma of the vulva is a very rare lesion, and occupies the fourth place in the total of malignant tumors of the vulva attended at the Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplasicas of Lima, with an incidence of 2,7 per cent. The simple vulvectomy is the most adequate from of therapy when the basal cell carcinoma is present by itself, i.e. pure. The radical vulvectomy and bilateral regional node dissection must be practiced in all cases of basal squamous cells lesions.

There in obstetric and gynecological practice, various pathological conditions that determine copious vaginal or cervical bleeding body; which they are very difficult to control by conventional methods: utero-vaginal tamponade, cervical-vaginal suture, use of coagulants, repeated blood transfusions, etc., and ponene endangered the lives of these patients. In the case of cervical cancer, these hemorrhages are frequent and severe and persistent, diseased condition and exasperating for these delicate situations because routine therapeutic approach always fails. As there are numerous cases of cervix, however no radiation therapy, blood cancer continue to lose, we have meditated on various aspects of the problem.
