The article provides teaching materials on the use of mobile technologies in the music-theoretical courses of children’s art schools. The use of mobile technologies allows teachers to organize their teaching activities (create a portfolio or a website), create an environment for remote support for learners (virtual classroom with assignments, tests, etc.), change the principles of classwork and homework by means of mobile applications and by making training programs personal and individual, adapted to the needs of each student. Tablets and gadgets have always attracted children, therefore, these familiar devices and the element of game and competition (various music applications) can help music-theoretical courses become much more interesting, draw children’s attention and energize them.

At the beginning of the re-examination of the typology of traditional marketing advertising based on classic authors of advertising communication, the two structuring types linked to the new “modi operandi” of the counter-hegemonic advertising practices that figure in social advertising, including community advertising, will be discussed. The idea is to contribute with the enrichment of the scientific discussion on communication in advertising and propaganda articulated to the recent consumption practices and made viable by mobile technologies.

The University of Ayacucho Federico Froebel (UDAFF) is promoting a research project that seeks to improve the teaching and learning of language and mathematics for children in early education in the Quechua-speaking population of Ayacucho, through the use of mobile technologies (cell phones and tablets). Among the expected results of this project is that children in early education will have digital educational tools (from cell phones and tablets) with content adapted to the reality of Ayacucho, and that favor the learning of language and mathematics in the mother tongue of their parents (Quechua speakers), being accessible from any Quechua-speaking community. This will also serve to reduce the weakening of the Quechua mother tongue, as well as the cultural identity of the populations of the Andean peoples.

Autism is a spectrum disorder that affects communication and social interaction. It has increased in recent decades, especially among children, and has had a significant impact on their lives, necessitating attention and appropriate support. A prototype mobile application was developed using the Scrum methodology, which allows for flexibility, adaptability, incremental delivery, and quality, as well as continuous improvement. Language for a long time is an indispensable tool for society, since it allows communication and interaction between people. Learning sign language is a very big problem, either because access to information is scarce, there are no interpreters of this language or because learning of this language is not taught from an early age. This document shows the development of a mobile application with augmented reality following the mobile methodology and determining the influence it has on the Peruvian sign language learning process, with a sample of 30 students as a control group and an experimental group. It started with a performance percentage of 23 percent and using the mobile application significantly improved the performance of the sign language student by 65 percent.
