Currently, companies in the financial sector are widely adopting blockchain technology to address critical issues such as the verifiability of authentic documents and money laundering, among others. However, there remains a prevalence of illicit activities related to document forgery, which is a punishable offense carrying prison sentences. Document verification is a complex process, involving a myriad of challenges and burdens concerning authentication. In this paper, we present an optimized approach for certificate issuance through a blockchain-based web system, with the aim of enhancing certificate authenticity, reducing execution time, and augmenting customer satisfaction. Recently, blockchain has emerged as a promising tool for authenticating the document verification process and is viewed as a significant instrument in combating fraud and document misuse. This research zeroes in on...

The large branches of Machine Learning represent an immense support for the detection of malicious websites, they can predict whether a URL is malicious or benign, leaving aside the cyber attacks that can generate for net-work users who are unaware of them. The objective of the research was to know the state of the art about Neural Networks and their impact for the Detection of malicious Websites in network users. For this purpose, a systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted from 2017 to 2021. The search identified 561 963 papers from different sources such as Taylor & Francis Online, IEEE Xplore, ARDI, ScienceDirect, Wiley Online Library, ACM Digital Library and Microsoft Academic. Of the papers only 82 were considered based on exclusion criteria formulated by the author. As a result of the SLR, studies focused on machine learning (ML), where it recommends the use of algorithms t...

A New Model that integrates corporate strategy with the Balanced Scorecard is studied to improve decision-making executives by merging Models Relevant systems, making use of Soft Systems Methodology (SSM), which is based on systems thinking. The research methodology used was action research. This methodology is being applied with very satisfactory results in the generation of new models, as is the case under discussion. Its core is the idea that the researcher does not remain unaware of the research but becomes a participant in the relevant group (diversified firms). In the field, was recorded input and solution models from other authors: the advisor, System Information (SI) staff of corporations, reported investigations and proposals from the maker of researcher? The purpose is to generate a consensus model and confront this model with business reality. The units of analysis considered ...

At present, sentiment analysis has become a trend; above all, in digital product development companies, as it is essential for rapid and automatic analysis. Sentiment analysis deals with emotions with the help of software, and it is playing an unavoidable role in workplaces. The constant growth of social networks, especially the Twitter social network, has made the ability to understand and comprehend users or clients take a greater scope regarding their needs; and therefore, increase the complexity of analysis of this social network, causing excessive expenses in time, personnel and money. This work presents a solution through the application of Machine Learning (ML) for sentiment analysis and thus improve analysis, execution time and customer satisfaction. The scope of this research is limited to using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) supervised learning technique for the intended anal...

This paper presents an experience related to the design, development and validation of the Wawa mobile application to be used as an educational tool for learning the Kichwa language for the communities of the Napo River in Loreto, Peru. For the validation we have resorted to the comparison of two learning methodologies, the traditional one and the experimental one in which the use of the mobile application is given. The results of the tests with school-age students have shown a superior effectiveness with the use of the application, compared to the traditional teaching method.
