The research consisted of determining the relationship between learning styles and academic performance in the area of Communication in students of the educational institution "Carlos Rubina Burgos" of Puno, 2017. It was of a basic type, with non-experimental descriptive-correlational transectional design. 63 students constituted the census sample. The research focused on assessing the level of scientific evidence that exists about the use of cognitive strategies as a determinant in the reading comprehension activity in students of different educational levels: primary, secondary and higher. A systematic review of scientific articles and theses was carried out, without restriction of dates or types of study. We reviewed the full articles that included on the importance of cognitive strategies and reading comprehension. Ten articles were selected, most of these looking for the relationship exists. Social leadership and Christian conception are few topics discussed in the academic world. So, the study on thinking and leadership has as its main objective to determine the influence of the Christian conception on the attitude of social leadership of the students. The purpose of this study was to analyze and understand the loving suffering in the poem "Por más que quiero" by Mariano Melgar Valdivieso from the perspective of discourse analysis. The method used was hermeneutics, for which phenomenology, structuralism and the study of signs were taken into account. The technique used for the study was the analysis of poetic discourse: textual, enunciative, semiotic and pragmatic dimension. The poem evidenced the poet's loving suffering, grief caused by the disdain of heartbreak, the impossibility of forgetting and the non-correspondence of feelings to the lyrical subject by the loved one.

The investigation had the purpose of verifying the influence of the collaborative learning strategy on the achievement of cognitive, procedural and attitudinal performance and learning. Being the quasi-experimental study oriented to the study of cause relationships between the variables in question and thus describe and explain the phenomena found. To support the research, an explanatory quantitative methodology was used that allowed us to conclude that collaborative learning positively influences the achievement of cognitive, procedural and attitudinal learning. The research had the purpose of determining the relationship between the teaching style and academic performance in the students of the Professional School of Initial Education of the National University of Altiplano, Puno. Methodologically, the research is descriptive and correlational. The sample consisted of 233 students to whom a questionnaire with 71 indicators was applied, corresponding to the teaching styles, and a document analysis guide was used for the academic performance variable. To determine the correlation, the Spearman correlation coefficient, ρ (rho). The results show a moderate positive correlation between teaching styles and academic performance, which are represented in a 0.452 * relationship. In conclusion, the higher the level of applicability of the different teaching styles, the better and the higher the students' academic performance.
