La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar la motivación que tiene el personal en la Municipalidad distrital de Ituata Provincia de Carabaya en Macusani, la investigación fue de tipo de investigación aplicativo, contando con un diseño no experimental con un corte transversal, con un nivel de investigación descriptivo no correlacional para lo que participaron en la investigación fueron un total de 136 asistentes administrativos de los cuales serán sometidos a resolver una encuesta presentada por la variable motivación y a su vez esta encuesta será de respuestas múltiples por una escala de Likert. The investigation had the purpose of verifying the influence of the collaborative learning strategy on the achievement of cognitive, procedural and attitudinal performance and learning. Being the quasi-experimental study oriented to the study of cause relationships between the variables in question and thus describe and explain the phenomena found. To support the research, an explanatory quantitative methodology was used that allowed us to conclude that collaborative learning positively influences the achievement of cognitive, procedural and attitudinal learning.
