El software educativo es utilizado para ser aplicado en todas las asignaturas, de formas muy diversas, como por ejemplo: relacionando, facilitando información estructurada, uso de cuestionarios, etc. Además ofrecen un entorno de trabajo más atractivo e interactivo. Su incorporación en el área de matemática ha de permitir recrear situaciones, realidades del estudiante y dejarla de hacer “menos abstracta”. Edilim es un programa sumamente fácil de usar, pensado para que los docentes puedan crear sus libros sin obstáculos. La interfaz esmuy clara, autoexplicativa, y está en castellano. En la investigación se resalta la importancia de la inteligencia emocional para activar la atención y lograr el aprendizaje en los estudiantes de matemática del primer ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Educación Inicial y Primaria de la Universidad César Vallejo Filial Chiclayo. An educational software can be used in all school subjects and in many different ways such as: connecting, making easy to organize information, using questionnaires, etc. They provide a more attractive and interactive work environment as well. Its inclusion in mathematics has to allow recreating situations and students’ reality; and stopping making it «less abstract». The present work of investigation titled labor stress and organizational climate in the collaborators of the Hospital of the Solidarity Chiclayo, 2018, had like general objective To determine the level of relation that exists between stress and organizational climate in collaborators, with a non experimental experimental design, cross-section of correlational type, taking as a sample a total of 30 technicians to whom a data collection instrument was applied, this being the Likert scale, which was validated according to expert judgment with a reliability level of 0.889. The main objective of this research was to validate the role of accounts receivable and demonstrate the influence that the liquidity it provides within the profitability of the company has on the participation of the principals of the Accounting area (10) between executives and technicians of the company under study. A descriptive correlational study was done. The results obtained are that there is a direct correlation between accounts receivable and liquidity in which it is emphasized that both variables are directly related to the purpose of the company obtaining profitability and continuing to grow within the business environment.

El propósito principal de la investigación fue presentar estrategias de gestión de riesgo crediticio que apoyen en disminuir la morosidad de una Caja Rural de Ahorro y Crédito, Chiclayo. Se enmarca en una investigación propositiva, con diseño no experimental. Como población y muestra se consideraron documentos contables y colaboradores, como instrumentos para el recojo de información se utilizó el análisis documental a los estados financieros y un cuestionario con escalamiento de Likert. Los resultados muestran que es necesario establecer acciones que permitan una mejor gestión del riesgo crediticio, además si bien es cierto los niveles de las cuentas por cobrar en comparación de los años 2018 y 2017 arrojan un saldo positivo, todavía hay mucho que hacer, y más aún con el impacto de la pandemia por el Covid 19. The present study entitled "Aggressiveness and social skills in elementary school children of Educational Institution 10020, Zaña 2016", aims to verify the significance level between the aggressiveness and social skills in students. The objective is to determine the level of connection between aggressiveness and social skills. The type of research is descriptive correlational, with non-experimental design. The population is made up of 410 students and the sample was established by children whose ages are between 10 and 12 years, 52 students were taken into account by the probabilistic sample. In conclusion, there is no connection between aggressiveness and social skills.

The present study entitled "Aggressiveness and social skills in elementary school children of Educational Institution 10020, Zaña 2016", aims to verify the level of significance between the level of aggressiveness and social skills in students; the objective is to determine the level of the relationship between aggression and social skills. The type of research is descriptive correlational, with non-experimental design. The population is made up of 410 students and the sample was established with children who have ages between 10 and 12 years, and that by probabilistic sampling, was taken into account of 52 students. It was concluded that there is no relationship between aggression and social skills.
