El presente trabajo de investigación titulado Estrategia Psicolaboral Para el Manejo de Síntomas del Síndrome de Burnout en Profesionales de Salud de Lambayeque, 2020 tuvo como objetivo general elaborar la estrategia psicolaboral para el manejo de síntomas del síndrome de burnout en profesionales de salud de Lambayeque, 2020. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal, Demostrar el efecto del programa Empowerment la cultura organizacional de una empresa inmobiliaria, Chiclayo, 2023. Su estudio tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo de nivel descriptivo correlacional de tipo aplicado y de diseño preexperimental, de corte longitudinal, tomando como población al total de 30 trabajadores administrativos. Se les aplicó un programa Empowerment de 14 sesiones, asimismo se les administró el cuestionario de Denison Organisational Culture Survey Denison y Colaboradores (2006) con un total de 60 ítems en el pre y pos test, la cual fue validada por juicio de experto, teniendo un nivel de confiabilidad de 0.954 de Alfa de Cronbach.
