El propósito principal de la investigación fue presentar estrategias de gestión de riesgo crediticio que apoyen en disminuir la morosidad de una Caja Rural de Ahorro y Crédito, Chiclayo. Se enmarca en una investigación propositiva, con diseño no experimental. Como población y muestra se consideraron documentos contables y colaboradores, como instrumentos para el recojo de información se utilizó el análisis documental a los estados financieros y un cuestionario con escalamiento de Likert.
