Abstract: Determine the level of concordance between the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), Short Portable Mental State Examination (SPMSQ), and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) screening test for cognitive impairment in older adults. A cross-sectional study based on an original cohort study. 1683 patients over 60 years-old were included between 2010 and 2015. Demographic information was collected and the MMSE, MoCA, and SPMSQ scores were obtained. Categorical variables were presented as frequencies and percentages, while numerical ones as median and interquartile range. The agreement was measured and adjusted by the number of years of education by Cohen’s Kappa index (k) with a 95% confidence interval (CI). The agreement was considered as good if k > 0.80. Cyanidation (leaching with cyanide) is a common yet complex surface process in hydrometallurgical practice, and its effectiveness in extracting the metal of interest is often affected by the nature of the mineralogical species that are present. Little is known about surface processes on acanthite (a silver sulfide) and how its various facets respond to cyanidation in aqueous solution. Therefore, in this work, some properties of both bulk acanthite (Ag2S) and its (001), (022), and (1̅21) surface facets have been studied by density-functional-theory (DFT)-based calculations to elucidate reactivity trends and competitive adsorption (initial stages in the surface process of cyanidation) between cyanide and other species present in the leaching liquor. Presentamos la experiencia de tres pacientes obesos que fueron sometidos a tratamiento quirúrgico de manga gástrica y que desarrollaron dehiscencia de sutura gástrica con peritonitis generalizada, sepsis y shock por lo que fueron sometidos a degastrectomía total (resección del remanente gástrico) y reconstrucción inmediata de esófago yeyuno anastomosis en Y de Roux como última medida de tratamiento salvador de vida.

La población de las doce CAPs., asciende a 13,382 habitantes, de los cuales, 4,211 corresponden a la Población Económicamente Activa (P.E.A.) y sóio 2,404 constituyen la P.E.A, ocupada, que representa el 18% de la población total. El 85 % de la P.E.A, ocupada, está constituida por trabajadores agrícolas, los que tiene como única fuente de ingreso las remuneraciones que perciben por las actividades que desempeñan dentro de cada CAP, Con la ejecución del Sub-Proyecto, se beneficiará a 2,311 familias.
