The Household Targeting System (in Spanish, SISFOH) is a process for determining the Socioeconomic Classification (SEC), which certifies vulnerable people and population groups, inmersed in poverty or extreme poverty, in the face of state social programs and subsidies. The research’s objective is to show the perception that local actors have about the implications of targeting in Mantaro Valley. It is a basic type and descriptive lever research, it has as analysis units non-beneficiary residents of eight districts that are part of the four provinces of Mantaro Valley. Data analysis was performed in software SPSS 25.0, obtaining as a result that the vast majority have a negative perception of the SISFOH, because they observe some limitations of inclusion and exclusion in the registry and certification.

La investigación realizada tuvo como objetivo conocer las percepciones y perspectivas socioculturales de los pobladores sobre el cambio climático en el distrito de Huayllahuara - Huancavelica. Se aplicó una encuesta, con 30 ítems (10 para percepción, 10 para perspectiva cultural y 10 para perspectiva social), a 200 pobladores mayores de 15 años cuya fiabilidad fue  = 0,886 de cronbach. El muestreo fue probabilístico y de corte transversal. The objective of the study was to measure the SISCO SV Academic Stress Inventory adapted to the context of the COVID-19 crisis, the instrumental research was of quantitative approach, basic type, descriptive level and non-experimental, cross-sectional, simple descriptive design. The participants were 974 university students from the Junín region, to whom the inventory was applied online. The instrument was validated under construct evidence with the corrected Pearson's r correlation coefficient and confirmatory factor analysis; reliability was excellent, evaluated with Cronbach's alpha internal consistency coefficient (0.946); the scale was established based on the uniform statistical distribution with three equiprobable categories: mild (0-78), moderate (79-157) and severe (158-235). Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated universities' adaptation process toward online education, and it is necessary to know the students' attitudes toward this online education. Objective: To describe the evolution of the attitude toward online education among social science students at a public university in Peru in the academic year 2020, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: The study uses a quantitative approach, a descriptive level, a non-experimental design, and a longitudinal trend. The sample consisted of 1063 students at the beginning of the class period, 908 during the classes, and 1026 at the end of the class period.
