The objective of the study was to measure the SISCO SV Academic Stress Inventory adapted to the context of the COVID-19 crisis, the instrumental research was of quantitative approach, basic type, descriptive level and non-experimental, cross-sectional, simple descriptive design. The participants were 974 university students from the Junín region, to whom the inventory was applied online. The instrument was validated under construct evidence with the corrected Pearson's r correlation coefficient and confirmatory factor analysis; reliability was excellent, evaluated with Cronbach's alpha internal consistency coefficient (0.946); the scale was established based on the uniform statistical distribution with three equiprobable categories: mild (0-78), moderate (79-157) and severe (158-235). El objetivo del estudio fue baremar el Inventario de Estrés Académico SISCO SV adaptado al contexto de la crisis por COVID-19, la investigación instrumental fue de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico, nivel descriptivo y diseño no experimental, transversal, descriptivo simple. Objective. To determine the relationship between self-esteem and satisfaction towards the chosen profession in Advertising Graphic Design students at the Instituto Superior Continental de Huancayo. Method. A study of basic type, correlational level and non-experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive correlational design, had a sample of 90 students to whom Coopersmith's self-esteem inventory (1997) and Vildoso's inventory of satisfaction with the chosen profession (2002) were applied. Results. La investigación tuvo como objetivo comprobar la influencia del Módulo Educativo Hermenéutica de la Comunicación en el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico de los estudiantes del tercer y cuarto semestre de ciencias de la comunicación de una universidad privada de Huancayo. El estudio de tipo aplicado y de diseño cuasi experimental tuvo como muestra de 67 estudiantes (31 en el grupo control y 36 en el experimental). The objective of the study was to analyze the tendency to vote blank and void in students of the San Martín de Porres University, in the 2016 general elections in Peru. The research with qualitative approach, inductive method and with case study design, had as a sample of 10 students from the V cycle Faculty of Communication Sciences, Tourism and Psychology of the San Martin de Porres University, to whom in-depth interviews were conducted. The results revealed that the tendency to vote blank and null was the consequence of a reaction of the students to the trajectory of the political actors, interpreted as negative; the actions of the political parties and their candidates led to the distancing of the young electorate. Objective. To classify hierarchically the cities of Peru according to their importance for the regionalization processes. Methods. The study had a quantitative approach, simple descriptive design; as a data collection instrument, a city hierarchy card was applied, which measured the dimensions of demographic size, economic size and urban relevance; A factor analysis was made of cities with more than 50 thousand inhabitants, taking as a sample 42 cities in Peru, excluding Metropolitan Lima. Objective. To characterize the predominant attitude in university students of Huancayo on the evaluation of teaching performance. Methods. Research was descriptive substantive type with a mixed approach. An attitude scale towards teacher’s evaluation was made and validated. It was applied to 382 students from Universidad Continental, Universidad Peruana Los Andes and Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú. In addition, qualitative collection of information, in-depth interviews were conducted with 24 teachers from the three universities. Results. La investigación tuvo como objetivo caracterizar la imagen de la juventud mostrada en la publicidad televisiva del Perú, definiendo qué papel se asigna a los jóvenes en las piezas publicitarias de la televisión peruana. El estudio, de tipo básico y diseño descriptivo simple, tomó una muestra de 100 spots publicitarios, emitidos durante los meses de julio, agosto y setiembre de 2019.
