La agitación y deliro postoperatorio son un problema común posterior a la anestesia general. Esto ocasiona insatisfacción y retrasos en el alta de los pacientes, además de los evidentes problemas en el manejo Postanestésico inmediato. La incidencia de agitación postoperatoria en cirugías relacionadas con la misma es de más de la mitad (62%) de la población, siendo más afectados los pacientes preescolares; los pacientes comprendidos entre las edades 6 a 8 años, presentan mayor agitación psicomotriz Postanestésica sometida a anestesia general, con halogenados. Otros autores describen a la cirugía que involucra la vía aérea, la cara, la cabeza, el cuello y los genitales, aparentemente produce mayor ansiedad y agitación postoperatoria en los estados arriba mencionados.

As part of the efforts to prioritize lines of research in the field of higher education in Peru, the project Improvement of Higher Education Quality (PROCALIDAD) convened management specialists and members of academia to create working groups. We evaluated the hypothesis that an exposure of at least 20 hours per week with reagents during academic practice or research projects of teachers, workers and students of Chemistry and Chemistry Engineering Faculty of San Marcos University, caused an increase in biomarkers of exposure of early effect. The frequency of micronuclei in the oral mucosa was analyzed to check the cytogenetic effect in two populations: Problem Group and Control Group. In each population was taken three groups totaling 85 individuals: teachers (mean age: 56,6 ± 6,48), non-teaching staff (mean age: 48,5 ± 17,5) and students (mean age 25,14 ± 4,99). The sample that is the object of this research work is a kind of bituminous coal, from the Mount Huáscar, province of Oyón, department of Lima. Provided by the Coal Mine Company. The mineralogical characterization of the sample coal, to show the presence of the following minerals: Graphite (grf) and Pyrite (py). The percentage distribution indicates graphite and 96,91% 3,09% pyrite, the particles are mostly free, accordingly modal analysis indicates that the degree of liberation of graphite and pyrite is 100%, that is counted all particles are free, as can be seen in the photos N.º 1, 2 ,3 and 4.
