The purpose of this paper is to put forward a hypothesis about the “philological translation” of literary texts of increased complexity and test it on the material of specific works. Based on the material of Russian and foreign translation studies, this paper formulates the concept of “philological translation” in the appendix to a specific publishing project within the series “Literary monuments” published by the Institute of World Literature of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and considers the most important practical aspects of the problem of adequate translation of literary texts of increased complexity. The vehicle routing problem is one of the most studied problems in Operations Re-search. Different variants have been treated in the past 50 years and with technological advances, new challenges appear. In this thesis, we introduce a new variation of the VRP appearing in wireless networks. The new characteristic added to this well-know problem is the possibility of pick-up information via wireless transmissions. In the con-text considered here, a unique base station is connected with the outside and a vehicle is responsible for collecting information via wireless connection to the vehicle when it is located in another sufficiently close station. The purpose of this study was to translate the Bedtime Procrastination Scale (BPS) into Spanish and to evaluate its psychometric properties. A sample of 419 students from three Peruvian universities participated in the study. Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to evaluate the original model of the scale, which initially showed poor fit indices. Improved fit indices were obtained after removing reverse-scored item, χ²(5) = 9.240, CFI = .998, RMSEA = .045, TLI = .997, and SRMR = .013. The internal consistency of the scale, examined using the omega coefficient, was found to be satisfactory (ω = .86). The aim of the study was to analyze the psychological variables that predict problem gambling in 173 engineering students, men and women, from the first years of study at a private university in Lima, Perú. The age range was 16 to 23 years (M = 17.9, SD = 1.2).The measures were the Personality Inventory NEO FFI (NEO Five-Factor Inventory, Costa & McCrae, 1992), the Academic Stress Inventory (SISCO, Barraza, 2007a), the Time Management Behavior Questionnaire (TMBQ, Macan, 1994) version translated into Spanish by García-Ros and Pérez-González (2012), and the South Oaks Gambling Screen, Revised for Adolescents (SOGS-RA, Becoña, 1997). Indigenous peoples face limitations in understanding the justice system due to linguistic and cultural barriers; therefore, the use of clear and accessible language is essential for them to exercise their rights and participate effectively in judicial processes. Through a documentary review of the problems faced by indigenous peoples in accessing justice, the strategies developed by the Peruvian judiciary are described. It is stated that, despite the existence of regulations and policies that guarantee access to translators and interpreters in the judicial sphere, the actions are limited and need to be strengthened. In the age of the Internet, anonymous online users can form a societal reaction by posting large quantities of critique and insulting comments against (perceived) norm violations on social media. These so-called online firestorms, or Enjō in Japanese, tend to include aggressive behavior against the target. This research aims to reveal the dynamics of Enjō and explores how people communicate with each other in the formation process of Enjō by conducting a comparative case study. This study collects tweets posted in five Enjō cases and compares each case to create conceptual categories of the communication process of Enjō. El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional se desarrolla en una empresa que ofrece servicios de reparación y mantenimiento para transformadores de media y baja tensión, así como para motores y generadores eléctricos. Estos servicios se brindan a empresas de diversos sectores industriales en Perú. Al analizar la situación de la empresa, se observó que el indicador NPS (Net Promoter Score) arrojó un resultado de -2%, evidenciando que hay un mayor número de clientes detractores en comparación con los promotores.
