It reviews the publications related with sexual maturity process and factors that, in some way, affect it. It studies a population of 1570 women from Lima and 189 from Arequipa, of different socioeconomic level, with ages from 12 to 48 years. The results allow the assertion that the socioeconomic level -that it is expressed in the nutritional state- is a fundamental factor in the sexual maturity process and the reproductive function. The secular trend to an earlier age of menarche has not yet arrived to the point expected due to the genetic factor. The results are compared with those of a north european women's population. It shows that moderate physical activity improves the reproductive function and that, to the present time, the age of menarche is earlier - or at least not lates- in Arequipa then in Lima City. Reconstitution of biologically active polymersomes from the frozen or solid state into any fluid state is still a challenging issue for the design of new biological experiments and for the formulation of therapeutic agents. To gain knowledge about the reconstitution of pH-responsive and photo-crosslinked polymersomes, surface-functionalized and enzyme-containing polymersomers were cryogenically frozen ( 20 C) or freeze-dried with inulin as the lyoprotectant (0.1% w/v) and stored for a defined time period. Reconstituting those polymersomes in solution by thawing or a re-dispersing process revealed their original physical properties as well as their function as a pH-switchable enzymatic nanoreactor.

Gathered for the first time in the Political Constitution of 1993, the Process of Competition is a suitable way to dissolve the existingconflicts, as far as the competitions granted by the Political Constitution to the diverse organs of constitutional relevance and to the other organs of the State. For that reason, starting off of an analysis of the normativity applicable to it, the author takes care of the competential process by the study of sentences of the Constitutional Court related to the Judicial Power, in which he tries to distinguish the supposed existing tensions between this Court and the Judicial Power.

The study of patenting activity may help to understand the existing gender differences in the field of science and technology. This research analyzes how organizational issues have an effect on female presence in Mexico patenting activity for the period 1976-2017. To that end, this investigation studies patents granted to Mexico by the United States Patent Office (USPTO). The results show that teamwork and the way in which the patenting process is organized are important to explain female presence in patenting activities, and that organizations such as universities and laboratories are also linked to a greater probability of female presence in patenting.
