Climate change, as well as the appearance of pests and diseases, are affecting olive plantations (Olea europaea L.) and the production of olives in the world, therefore, there is an urgent need for tools to help us identify the spatial and temporal evolution of the olive groves, regarding the attack of pests, in this case, the Orthezia olivicola and the olive borer Phloeotribus scarabaeoides. In this work, we use information from freely available satellite images that allowed us to carry out spatial and temporal analysis and the combination of vegetation indices. The main objective of the research was to determine the differences in the spatial notion in 5-year old children of a public educational institution and a private educational institution. The study refers to the notions of space in the framework of a constructive and relational process with its environment. It is a quantitative methodology, non-experimental design, comparative and transactional descriptive level. We worked with a sample of 105 5-year-old children using an observation guide as a data collection instrument that was duly validated and has high reliability. After data collection and statistical analysis, it is concluded that there are differences in the spatial notion in 5-year-old children of a Public Educational Institution and a Private Educational Institution, Lima - 2019. The objective of this study was to conduct agricultural zoning of climate risk for quinoa cultivation. Data from 38 meteorological stations of the National Meteorology and Hydrology Service in Puno region were used. The zoning was based on the development of the water balance model, applying the water requirement satisfaction index (ISNA), for two levels of soil available water capacity (115 mm/m and 145 mm/m). Spatial analysis of the ETr/ETm ratio, obtained from the SARRAZON model, was carried out for each phenological stage through frequency analysis of ISNA values. These data were processed in ArcGIS10.0, using the ordinary kriging interpolation method. La pesca es una de las actividades más importantes a nivel internacional por los beneficios económicos y nutricionales que brinda a la población mundial. El Perú se encuentra entre las principales potencias pesqueras con el 8% de producción anual. A pesar de ello, no existe un correcto control de las extracciones pesqueras, ni consciencia de conservación entre los pescadores, produciendo depredación de la fauna marina. Los métodos numéricos de alto orden, necesarios para la discretización espacial, son una de las áreas más activas del campo de la dinámica de fluidos computacional (CFD en sus siglas en inglés). Dentro de estos, los Métodos de Volúmenes Finitos (MVF) han encontrado difcultades en la implementación de los procesos de reconstrucción. En el presente trabajo presentamos e implementamos en Python un novedoso proceso de reconstrucción compacto de alto orden propuesto por Q. Wang [22]. La novedad yace en que el orden alto es alcanzado usando un estencil compacto; es decir, usando únicamente celdas vecinas. La presente investigación estuvo enfocada en el análisis mediante proceso de simulación, de la incorporación de diversidad de frecuencia (FD) a las condiciones prexistentes del enlace de interconexión dorsal entre las ciudades de Reque y Pacasmayo, en el norte del Perú. Para ello, se realizó una caracterización previa del comportamiento de la señal recibida en los enlaces de ida (Reque – Pacasmayo) y de vuelta (Pacasmayo – Reque) con el uso de diversidad espacial, en los diferentes canales componentes de la banda de 6 GHz. La pesquería de la anchoveta peruana (Engraulis ringens), considerada como la pesquería monoespecífica más grande del mundo, genera beneficios sociales y económicos de gran relevancia para el Perú. Por esto, es especialmente importante implementar un adecuado manejo de esta pesquería. En este sentido, es muy útil contar con indicadores de biomasa que permitan tener una idea del estado del stock. In this work, we identify soil degradation by salinity, using images of HRG-2 (SPOT), TM and ETM+ (LANDSAT) of high spatial resolution in the sugarcane crops of Empresa Agroindustrial de Pomalca, located in the Lambayeque Region at the north coast of Peru. The reflectance of the surface soil, normalized difference vegetation index, NDVI, and salinity index, IndSal, was estimated from the satellite images using the image processing software ENVI 4.5, and the programming language IDL.Also, the maximum compound values of the NDVI and IndSal was determined from the TM and ETM+ images to identify soils with low farming quality and degraded soils by salinity.
