Deviation and structural critique, as features distinguishing literary language from normative language, are the most fundamental concepts in structuralism theory. In this century, structuralism is a scientific and common approach to evaluate the artistic characteristics of literary works. Geoffrey Leach, an English structuralist, classified literary features (deviations) in eight levels: (1) lexical, (2) grammatical, (3) phonological, (4) graph logical, (5) dialectical, (6) stylistic, (7) semantic, and (8) historical period. He distinguished these linguistic deviations from other deviations by using three features of position, direction, and conclusiveness. His model is generalizable to all languages, especially Persian. This study describes the axiological model of the technological package as a pre-patentable foundation of innovation, designed to articulate the value dimensions underpinning validation, transfer, and potential impact on preventive health. A descriptive, non-experimental study with a qualitative–analytical approach was conducted through structured documentary review and hermeneutic content analysis. The results present a systemic model that integrates ethical, technical, and social principles, structuring the innovation process from need identification to product commercialization and maintenance. El envejecimiento es un proceso natural que involucra todos los sistemas del cuerpo humano, limitando el desarrollo eficaz de las actividades de la vida diaria y una de ellas es la marcha, que nos permite desplazarnos de un lugar a otro. Según van pasando los años los factores predisponentes a conllevar a una alteración en el adulto mayor aumentan así como la población afectada, es por ello que opte enfocarme netamente en el análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de la marcha humana. Los adultos mayores disminuyen su capacidad locomotora, iniciando de esta forma un progresivo deterioro del estado funcional físico, psíquico y social.

Background: Although child maltreatment (CM) has been linked to health problems and poor psychosocial functioning, not all individuals exposed to CM develop or experience negative consequences later in life. This suggests that some individuals show resilience after being exposed to CM. However, conclusions have been limited by inconsistent findings across different CM subtypes and resilience domains. Objective: To develop a protocol for conducting a systematic review and meta-analysis to quantify associations between CM (overall and its subtypes) and resilience (global and its multiple domains) in adulthood, and to examine moderators and mediators of these associations. This study aimed to establish a typology of the modes of spreadability of hate speech by radicalized conservative groups. Using Veron’s semiotic model, we focused on three analytical dimensions of circulation: temporalization, spatialization, and tracking. This approach helped us understand the qualities of spreadability inherent in hate speech. Employing a qualitative methodological strategy, we selected a corpus of 188 videos featuring Peruvian radical conservatives on TikTok. Through this analysis, we identified four modes of spreadability among conservative groups on TikTok: contagion, propagation, contamination, and population. Determinar si la hiperuricemia está asociado a la disminución de la función renal en la enfermedad renal crónica grado 3 en pacientes atendidos en el hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray. Material y Métodos: Se llevó a cabo un estudio de tipo analítico, observacional, retrospectivo, de casos y controles. La muestra estuvo constituida por 60 pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica estadio 3 atendidas en el servicio de nefrología del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray de los cuales 20 fueron casos y 40 controles, también se efectuó un análisis mediante prueba Chi cuadrado para variables cualitativas, la selección de la muestra fue aleatoria.
