Teacher-student interactions in a reading and writing learning setting in first grade of elementary school, were analyzed taking the teaching method into consideration. Among the groups of children whom were taught with strategies derived from interbehavioral psychology, a larger number of interactions in qualitatively more complex levels are observed, this means that in these groups we observe interactions with non-apparent properties of the objects, and relations with extra-situational referents.$esides, in the mentioned groups we observed that interactions initiated by group teachers were followed with a very high probability by students' behaviors,in the same complexity le veis where the teachers' behaviors appeared.

Background: Although child maltreatment (CM) has been linked to health problems and poor psychosocial functioning, not all individuals exposed to CM develop or experience negative consequences later in life. This suggests that some individuals show resilience after being exposed to CM. However, conclusions have been limited by inconsistent findings across different CM subtypes and resilience domains. Objective: To develop a protocol for conducting a systematic review and meta-analysis to quantify associations between CM (overall and its subtypes) and resilience (global and its multiple domains) in adulthood, and to examine moderators and mediators of these associations. Method: PubMed, PsycINFO, Embase, Scopus, and Web of Science will be searched to identify relevant studies on the association between CM (exposure) and resilience (outcome) in adults (≥ 18 years). Data will be screened ...

Intelligence is a construct of notable impact in our sociocultural context, related to a wide range of conceptual and operational definitions which originate positions that highlights cognitive and abstract elements and emotional and social skills, as well was perspectives that are focused on processes underlying the intelligent performance, such as in the case of executive functions (EFs), which are configured as cognitive processes that make it possible the self-regulation (Miyake & Friedman, 2012). Similarly, there are approaches that give intelligence a relevant and predictive role of school performance, an aspect strengthened by the psychometric perspective, where the concept of intelligence has been closely linked to learning. In this line, we also find the classical perspective of crystallized Intelligence of Cattell (1943), which refers to the knowledge acquired through educa...

This study describes the axiological model of the technological package as a pre-patentable foundation of innovation, designed to articulate the value dimensions underpinning validation, transfer, and potential impact on preventive health. A descriptive, non-experimental study with a qualitative–analytical approach was conducted through structured documentary review and hermeneutic content analysis. The results present a systemic model that integrates ethical, technical, and social principles, structuring the innovation process from need identification to product commercialization and maintenance. This framework demonstrates that axiological coherence provides the technical robustness, sustainability, and social relevance required for responsible biotechnological innovation. The study concludes that the axiological foundation enables the transformation of scientific knowledge into pre-...

The research methodology is qualitative of the discourse analysis type. The results show the cognitive nature of linguistic innovations and show the executive process in the thinking-meaning of the statements. The main conclusion is that the linguistic-cognitive analysis of the proposed discourse graphs and shows the cognitive condition of the language. It is recommended to apply the analysis model in the interp...

Abstract Educational research presents certain biases in what is referred to the construction of an edumetric documentary instrument and its validation process. This may be due to the lack of axiological awareness from some researchers, thesis experts, advisors and expert judges who have the moral obligation to validate the instrument through its items. To summarize what has been exposed previously the following objective is proposed; to notice the lack of ethics and morality of the people involved in the construction and validation process of an edumentric instrument. The analysis of the scientific article corresponds to the analytical - hermeneutical method in what is referred to the qualitative approach and the instrumental studies method in what is referred to the quantitative method. The hermeneutical method has allowed the strict analysis of the role of those who were mentioned bef...

We analyzed papers published by researchers from Latin American and from Spain and Portugal (Ibero-America) in the last three years, in the field of public opinion. This study identified topics of interest and principal research techniques. We used qualitative analysis program NVivo11 in the analysis of the findings. As a result, it can be highlighted the predominance of investigation on digital communication, centrally on the digital social network, particularly on Twitter.

Universities have become brands that use Instagram to attract potential students and generate a sense of community among actual members. This study aims to compare how the best-positioned universities in the world and in Spain, according to the Shanghai ranking, use Instagram as a communication channel. To do this, a mixed descriptive exploratory analysis is chosen, combining qualitative variables, format, discursive intention and function of the visual element; and quantitative, interactions and engagement, to analyze the posts from the first trimester of the 2021/2022 academic year (N = 820). The combined interpretation of both parameters after applying the ANOVA variance test has allowed us to formulate two preliminary publication models. The results reveal heterogeneity in the strategies followed, with differences in format, intention and function of the visual element, in addition t...

Mining company towns are concrete sites where the spatial government of mining companies and its consequences can be studied. In this thesis I did a qualitative case study on the new mining company town Kalumbila based on three months of field work between June and September 2019. Kalumbila is being developed next to a copper mine owned by First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (FQM) in the Northwestern Province of Zambia. It is a particularly interesting case to study, as it is presented as a model town, open to non-miner residents and investors and designed to be sustainable and outlive the mine’s lifespan. I analysed how FQM governs space and people in Kalumbila by examining the planning goals for the town, the access regime to town infrastructure and services, as well as the narratives and practices of residents. The analysis shows that there is a strong overlap between the work and private l...

Identifying the factors that influence the planning and subsequent development of a class at the university level is necessary for the development of critical thinking in higher education students. The objective of this article was to present the results of the interweaving of teaching experiences in the framework of a class in which the same pedagogical tools were used. The methodology used was a qualitative and ethnographic two-level strategy to identify the factors that influence the expected result at the time of planning a class. As a result, cohesion and satisfaction were, in general terms, achieved by both teachers, but not personalization, due to the structured style of one and the functional style of the other. It was concluded that the effectiveness of planning for meaningful learning and the development of critical thinking must consider, among other circumstances, the univers...
