This study describes the axiological model of the technological package as a pre-patentable foundation of innovation, designed to articulate the value dimensions underpinning validation, transfer, and potential impact on preventive health. A descriptive, non-experimental study with a qualitative–analytical approach was conducted through structured documentary review and hermeneutic content analysis. The results present a systemic model that integrates ethical, technical, and social principles, structuring the innovation process from need identification to product commercialization and maintenance. This framework demonstrates that axiological coherence provides the technical robustness, sustainability, and social relevance required for responsible biotechnological innovation. In light of this, the current research evaluated the effectiveness of the PhET simulator in teaching the topic of graphing quadratic functions to upper secondary students, aiming to identify the impact of this educational technological tool on their learning. Using the information made available by the discovery of new canals in the Ceremonial center of Chavin de Huantar the present paper deepens the study of the origins and uses of Chavín’s hydraulic system –mainly to drain rainfall and ritual purposes, as well as a possible water supply– and investigates the influence of this development in later pre-Columbian constructions. Taking into account the latest knowledge of Chavin’s architectural sequence, the paper formulates from a hydraulics viewpoint a proposal for the construction stages of the canal networks and explores the growth of knowledge implied by this process.

This research presents the results of the application of a didactic engineering, designed with the aim of improving learning the concept of function in students of the National University of Apurimac Micaela Bastidas. For engineering design took as reference the Theory of Didactic Situations proposed by G. Brosseau and the Theory of Semiotics Representation Records posed by R. Duval. To determine the effectiveness of the balanced scorecard management model in improving the quality of customer service at the Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Privado Juan Bosco at Huánuco, 2020. Methods. The study had a quantitative, applied approach, with a quasi-experimental experimental design. The sample was non-probabilistic and consisted of 90 students, 45 for the control group and 45 for the experimental group, to whom a questionnaire with 40 items was applied at the beginning and end of the research work. El objetivo del proyecto es estimar la viabilidad técnica y económica a nivel de prefactibilidad para la instalación de una planta recicladora de vidrio para la producción de láminas de vidrio en la región Loreto. El estudio de mercado estimó una demanda insatisfecha de 80 400 láminas de vidrio de 4 mm de espesor para el año 2020, de esta cantidad solo se cubrirá el 68,4 %, equivalente a 55 000 láminas. La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar cómo el diseño de procesos operativos impacta en la calidad del servicio de la empresa Business Corporate National S.A.C., Trujillo 2019. El estudio fue de carácter Pre-experimental, como técnica se utilizó al análisis documental, que permitió registrar las mediciones y obtener resultados cuantitativos antes y después de incorporar el diseño de procesos para realizar las respectivas mediciones, y como instrumento la ficha de recolección de datos; por otro lado, para validar las hipótesis se utilizó la prueba T-Student el cual mostró un valor de p=0.001<0.05 para el indicador de satisfacción y un valor P=0.004<0.05 para el indicador clientes nuevos (siendo estadísticamente significativos ambos resultados). El presente trabajo resume mi experiencia durante mis prácticas preprofesionales en una ONG. En cuanto al diagnóstico de la función de filtro telefónico y curricular, identifiqué problemáticas como la carencia de preguntas filtro y la no flexibilidad de los requisitos de cada puesto debido a la ausencia de remuneración. En tal sentido, fue crucial tener preguntas filtro para agilizar el reclutamiento y contar con los recursos adecuados para facilitar la función de filtrado de CVs. En relación al diagnóstico de las entrevistas por competencias, encontré que la guía establecida no exploraba adecuadamente la personalidad del candidato y que no se proporcionaba feedback a los postulantes rechazados.
