This article starts by analyzing the concept of Due Process and its scope over the administrative procedures. Also, the concept of the Right to Evidence, as an element of Due Process, is explained. Then, an analysis of the relationship between the supervisory procedures and the Due Process is developed, in order to check whether if its requirements are fulfilled by the Public Administration in order to obtain a Valid Evidence after a monitoring or an inspection. Finally, the analysis is focused on the actions of the Peruvian Regulatory Agencies, specifically, during the issuing of an Inspection Report after a Supervisory Procedure.

Objective: To determine how the functional barriers faced by MSE in the textile and clothing sector influence the exportable supply. The functional barriers that were identified are: Human Resources, Production and Finance. Method: The present investigation is defined under the quantitative approach, descriptive and correlational type and non-experimental design. Proceduralist doctrine has been debating intensively the principle of legality/discretionary prosecution principle dichotomy, without the necessary consensus about this extreme having yet been achieved to date. In Spain, the controversy still focuses on the convenience or not of incorporating now into the system the most relevant manifestations of the centennial Law of Criminal Procedure despite the successive reforms of this norm that have been introducing manifestations of the discretionary prosecution principle. Thus, this article seeks to determine if a criminal process must be informed by the discretionary prosecution principle, and to what extent it must be, constitutes, in short, an option of legislative policy that must be exercised taking into account the Constitution of each country and the role that is attributed to criminal law and criminal procedure law.

The relationship between family functioning and differentiation of self has been established by classical systemic authors, but little explored by empirical research, especially in Brazil. This quantitative study aimed to analyze the relationship between family functioning and differentiation of self of Brazilian university students. Eight hundred undergraduates of both genders participated in the research, with an average age of 22.7 years. It was found that students with higher levels of differentiation of self perceived family communication and satisfaction more positively. Tangled families proved to be the least favorable to the differentiation process. It was found that males and older undergraduate students displayed higher levels of differentiation. Using the information made available by the discovery of new canals in the Ceremonial center of Chavin de Huantar the present paper deepens the study of the origins and uses of Chavín’s hydraulic system –mainly to drain rainfall and ritual purposes, as well as a possible water supply– and investigates the influence of this development in later pre-Columbian constructions. Taking into account the latest knowledge of Chavin’s architectural sequence, the paper formulates from a hydraulics viewpoint a proposal for the construction stages of the canal networks and explores the growth of knowledge implied by this process.
