Los últimos años han mostrado un avance en la lucha contra la violencia contra las mujeres en el Perú. Esto ha significado la introducción de nuevas políticas y estrategias, que a pesar de sus prometedores componentes, no han demostrado ser exitosas para disminuir significativamente la alta y alarmante prevalencia de la violencia contra mujer en el Perú. Por esta razón, el presente estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar el proceso de implementación para evaluar su efectividad, basado en el cumplimiento de la normativa, y la identificación de posibles causas de las brechas de implementación. This research attempts to measure the impacts of urban public policies of local governments. All urban public policies implement transformation processes in the economic and social division of the intervened spaces. It almost always involves a deterioration in the living conditions of displaced groups, due to the gentrification processes generated. This article initially presents the context of the place of study and then an updated theoretical discussion of the concept of gentrification is carried out, understanding that it is a consequence of neoliberal public policies. The article exposes the results of a critical analysis of the implementation process of the program Escuela Nueva in Colombia. It proposes a review at the policy borrowing process from an international perspective, as well as a description of the dynamics of implementation within the Colombian context. For such aim, an exhaustive analysis was performed by implementing a qualitative documentary review, using a typological sample selection of sources. The conclusions suggest the need to consider attendance and transition indicators as key elements for decision making regarding the continuity, diversification and improvement of the program, as well as the urgency of unifying the national goals in pursuit of a coordinated implementation of rural programs.

This study is based on the evaluation process of the university public policy of distance education and, specifically, the implementation of the Classroom platform, in its didactic and operational dimensions, at the National Autonomous University of Huanta (UNAH), period 2020, in the context of physical and social isolation, which allowed an accurate analysis to make decisions in this regard. The design considers the modeling of the plant through analog techniques of system identifi cation. It is used in controller design algorithm discrete digital PI controller that is running the process controller used. Considered for the design specifi cations of closed loop time response primarily to obtain a settling time line that you can be met without exceeding the range of the control signal that can deliver the process controller used. Implement the control system to verify the behavior of the closed loop system in relation to the specifi ed control objective.

This article analyzes the differences in the design and implementation of electronic personal surveillance (EPS) policies in Peru and Colombia, from their first attempts in 2007 to date. Using a comparative political analysis approach, it explores the factors that explain the gap in outcomes, despite the adoption of similar policies. The article uses the theory of policy transfer as a differentiating element: Colombia implemented its policy progressively, relying on pilot projects and making adjustments to the original design according to the results. Peru, on the other hand, in trying to replicate Colombia's initial success, opted for a national implementation without pilot stages, which resulted in a much more limited impact. El presente artículo es un esfuerzo de sistematización y análisis de las teorías de la acción utilizadas en el proyecto Comunidades de Aprendizaje entre los años 2015-2018 en el Perú. Así mismo, se realiza un análisis del proceso de escalonamiento en torno a cuatro categorías: profundidad, sostenibilidad, difusión y empoderamiento. This paper documents the process of design and adoption of the «National Policy on Modernization of Public Management» between 2011 and 2013. In order to achieve this objective, it will identify the political, institutional and economic constrains and it will analyse the importance of various actor which policymaker had to engage for political legitimacy and formal approval. This analysis fins that the implementation of a communication strategy produced the political consensus necessary for political approval.

As a product of the armed violence and the human rights violations committed in the decades of the eighties and nineties, the Peruvian government initiated a process of transitional justice in order to compensate the victims and reconcile a fragmented and divided society. However, there are still issues pending in that matter. One of these issues is the search of the missing persons.The present article will delve into the importance of a policy of search of missing persons in the light of the international obligations on human rights matters of the Peruvian state, and will analyze the weaknesses of their judicial actions to accomplish this task. The need of a centralized organism in charge of this function will be sustained, and a normative proposal for its implementation in the Peruvian legal system will be presented.
