The study aimed to describe the anatomy of the pineal gland of the adult alpaca. It was used 10 pineal glands from five male alpacas and five female alpacas obtained in September 2019 from culled alpacas benefited in the Huancavelica abattoir, Peru. The macroscopic evaluation consisted of the in-situ description and its relationship with the adjacent structures, as well as taking its measurements (length, width and thickness). Hematoxylin-Eosin and Masson's Trichrome stains were used for microscopic evaluation. The pineal gland is in the epithalamus, in the middle of the cerebral hemispheres in a dorsal-caudal direction, between the habenular and posterior commissure. It does not have lobes and the shape is like pine or pea. The glands of the males are longer and thicker while those of the females are wider. This brief provides thoughts on the model of the Peruvian Judicial system, as a member of a democratic system of a wider spectrum that requires solid bases for its institutionalization. We address the weaknesses of the system which continues to exist despite the personal efforts of some judges directing this process over the last few years. Although we have developed the method to identify judicial systems in other protocols, we believe that since it aims to provide a political view of the judicial system in Peru, the purpose of this paper now requires their definition in a political context

One of the most relevant powers available for the Public Administration so it is able to meet its objectives is the supervisory power. However, this is a matter insufficiently studied in the national legal ambit. In this article, the author conceptualizes the legal figure of supervision, proposing that it is a synonym of “inspection” and other similar concepts, and that it has wider purposes than the ones established in the Peruvian administrative legislation (that tends only to subsume it into the sanctioning power). With this theoretical framework, the author briefly analyses the phenomenon of the delegation of this power in the Peruvian power sector.

Herein are presented some of the results of a larger ethnographic research carried out in the field of contemporary dance, which is circumscribed to what has been named as the southernmost circuit in Montevideo, Uruguay. Inquiries and conclusions are reviewed, particularly the ones about the aesthetic-political potential this dance has when it is pushed to its boundaries and when some inherited choreographic structures are dislocated. Besides, a brief reflection is developed on the possibility of opening ruptured lines, from dance practices to a widened field. The wineries, establishments belonging to the traditional channel in Peru, played an important role during the COVID-19 pandemic. Although at first these businesses were affected little by little, they were able to recover and adapt to the behaviors of consumers and also to the protocols that had to be implemented to continue with the attention to the public. The purpose is to synthetize a general idea for each of these eras in the voice of some of their detractors, giving this way a first step for future apologies of the ignorance and the ways it benefits us intellectually, considering that the documentary research and the new ignorance’s studies opens a path for a methodology of historic comparison that allows a wider gaze about this topic.

The purpose of this work is to show, through evidence derived from scientific studies of healthy and well-nourished infants as well as infants selected from populations with high rates of chronic infection and malnutrition, that the order in the emergence of motor milestones is stable among these two groups. On the other hand, among the children at risk, the variance in the age of emergence of the same milestones was wider than that among the healthy and well-nourished children. The similarities between groups suggest that genetic factors explain the stability of order of emergence of the milestones, while social and cultural factors may explain the differences between groups in the variance in the age of acquisition. The information has theoretical and applied value in the evaluation of motor development in order to identify the determinants of this area of development.

The Argentine Questionnaire on Attitudes vis-a-vis Situations of Aggression(Moreno y Pereyra, 2000) was adapted to the educational environment. For its preliminary validation, 143 Argentine teachers participated. The items turned out to be discriminative and they were grouped, based on a Factorial Exploratory Analysis, into three dimensions that are related to the theory: Passivity (α = .90), Aggressiveness (α = .95) and Prosocial behavior (α = .92). The constructive validity was also tested by analyzing the hypothesis that confirms teachers with a high level of burnout syndrome have a greater tendency to behave negatively when faced with situations of aggression in the classroom context.
