El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional, se desarrolla en la supervisión de la Obra de Rehabilitación y Mejoramiento de la Carretera Pallasca – Mollebamba – Santiago de Chuco – EMP. Ruta 10, Tramo: Pallasca – Mollepata, donde realice mi experiencia profesional formando parte de la especialidad de Estructuras y Obras de Arte. The influence of the addition of alkaline mass in the stabilization process of two waste water sludges was studied. The increase in the PH of the sludge, carrying it to values near to twelve, is due to the increase of alkaline mass additions during the stabilization of the residual sludge. This technique was used to stabilize the sludge and to give an agricultural valorization to the residual sludge. In this context, the problematic characteristics present in the sludge will lead us to a preliminary treatment of the sewage sludge.

Global solid waste generation will increase by 70% by 2050. Within this projection, organic waste will constitute 44% of the total. Among these organic wastes are banana peels, which can be valorized to be transformed into bioplastic. The objective of this research is to develop a bioplastic film on a laboratory scale, from the starch extracted from banana peels using the acetylation method. To evaluate the quality of the bioplastic, six tests were carried out modifying the residence time, the ripening of the banana peels, the pH and the concentration of glycerin. To evaluate the quality of the bioplastic obtained, biodegradability tests, tensile tests and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) were carried out. The industrial process for the production of mayonnaise is associated with the disposal of eggshells as solid waste. The sauces and dressings factory "Los atrevidos" is interested in valorizing this waste by incorporating a technological system capable of treating its waste and minimizing its environmental impact through process intensification and cleaner production. The present research aims to design a technological-productive system for the treatment of residual eggshells to obtain animal feed supplement rich in calcium carbonate, with emphasis on the design of a batch tray dryer. The presence of Gigartina chamissoi (seaweed) in the formulation is important as a source of iodine, complex polysaccharides (fiber) and natural gelling agents which increase its biological value. Se utilizó un reactor anaeróbico para estimar la reducción de emisiones de CO₂ en Machala, Ecuador, mediante la hidrólisis enzimática de cáscaras de banano maduras. Con una relación peso/volumen de 60 %, se logró una reducción estimada de 37,419 t CO₂ /año (102,45 t/día), con una pureza del 99,97 %. Esto respalda un enfoque de economía circular, que podría generar incentivos por bonos de carbono de 2813,2 dólares anuales si se produce jarabe de glucosa, y más aún si se extiende a bioetanol. La hidrólisis produjo 5,91 g⋅L-1 de jarabe de glucosa. El potencial bioeconómico del biogás generado se estima entre 21 y 24 millones de dólares, con una inversión inicial de 2,5 a 2,6 millones de dólares. In this article we analyze the value of truth in transition processes, when after going through totalitarian regimes there is a special difficulty in achieving justice. The author develops the work that the specially created bodies have done for these cases and the sense that the truth acquires within the criminal processes. Constitutional rationality dictates that procedural safeguards will be balanced in order to consider the interests of both parties that in this case are opposed in a controversy. The concept of rationality is analized by the author as a value that goes beyond the scope of the legal right, that is, as a constitutive element of the homo sapiens. This is the reason why the conviction is spread among constitutionalists and legal philosophers that the principle of practical rationality has assumed the rank of constitutional value because of the constitutionalization of human rights. All of this is explained in the prospective of the civil process, where the constituent has instituted the guarantee of the appeal in order to guarantee equality in the treatment for the procedural parties.
