Globalization has intensified competition in many markets. To remain competitive, the companies look for satisfying the needs of customers by meeting market requirements. In this context, Process Capability Indices (PCI) play a crucial role in assessing the quality of processes. In the case of non-normal data there are two general approaches based on transformations (Box-Cox and Johnson Transformation) and Percentiles (Pearson’s and Burr’s Distribution Systems). However, previous studies on the comparison of these methods show different conclusions, and thus arises the need to clarify the differences between these methods to implement a proper estimation of these indices. Objective. To implement the OEDI cycle to configure the assembly of a pilot plant for cocoa processing in the municipality of Frontino, Antioquia (Colombia), as part of the SENA Project, Cocoa 4.0. Methods. The methodology offered a strategic management tool of great importance for the industrial and food sector, using conceptual and operational learning that generated different administrative bases in the strengthening of transversal axes (attenuators and amplifiers), which were developed during the project. To propose that the State is the space for dialogue par excellence, the text relies on the ethical nature that is inherent in the constitution of the State. Furthermore, the State represents a strategic and forward-looking perspective for human life in the world that is expressed and founded on such important issues as equality, recognition and democracy. The main objective of this research was to propose a management model based on transformational leadership to improve the quality of university processes. It was attended by all managers (10 participants), administrative workers (7 participants), teachers (164 teachers) and students (340 participants) who belong to the different Professional Schools of the Private University Filial Chiclayo. Improvements in production systems that use the lean manufacturing approach known as “Lean” have the objective of eliminating or reducing waste or process inefficiencies (muda). This approach is increasingly adopted by different industrial sectors, including agriculture. Although Lean improvements are traditionally applied to existing processes from cultivation to distribution, opportunities to intervene in processing wastes (losses) are left aside. For some years, Peru has started a determined push towards a national process of digital transformation that guarantees access to the opportunities of the digital environment for all people. This process has been accelerated by the demand for change and the disruption generated by the health crisis and, in turn, by the citizen’s decision to incorporate digital into their daily lives. The National Digital Transformation Policy emerges as a guiding document with the purpose of promoting digital citizenship, guaranteeing equitable and safe access to digital transformation and what determines the actions of the country’s Digital Agenda towards 2030. This article addresses those aspects of this Policy that will constitute the critical success factors to guarantee digital equity.
