Barrick Misquichilca mining company - Pierina Unit, in the process of closure is finding optimal processes, which will improve performance at low cost and with the less environmental impact. In this context, aluminum is evaluated to replacement zinc in the Merrill Crowe process, a series of experimental tests were conducted and it was determined that it is not necessary the presence of neither free cyanide nor vacuum pump for the reaction to occur. All information obtained was analyzed and processed, the results show consistent, representative values and reported good results. The best result was obtained at pH 11.5, an addition of aluminum powder of 0.25 g / l (55 kg for a flow of 220 m3 / h) without deaeration, with 0.023 ppm and 0.041 ppm of silver and gold grades in the Barren solution respectively.

La investigación ha seguido un enfoque Pre-Experimental, donde se utilizaron técnicas de recolección de datos como análisis documental y de archivos, entrevista y observación directa y sus respectivos instrumentos como son la ficha de análisis documental, guía de entrevista y ficha de observación de procesos. Fresh tomatoes Italian variety were subjected to surface disinfection processes using calcium hypochlorite solutions to determine their germicidal efficiency and kinetics that governs the surface inactivation process in aerobic mesophilic bacteria, yeasts and molds. Chlorine as surface disinfectant was effective against aerobic mesophilic bacteria, yeasts and molds in this order, the resistance of aerobic mesophilic bacteria, yeasts and molds of their values expressed in zchlorine was 455, 500 and 625 ppm respectively. El propósito de la investigación fue realizar el diseño de una plataforma de gestión de relaciones con el cliente para la empresa J & R Technology Solutions S.A.C., que permita tener toda la información de los clientes en una base centralizada, con la finalidad de gestionar de manera eficiente la relación y atención con los clientes. The aim of this study was to demonstrate that the use of irrigating solutions in surgical procedures does not alter both inflammation processes and tissue repair. Four (04) groups were formed containing 15 rats each. After being dosed with general anaesthesia, they underwent osteotomy in the tibia with tungsten carbide burs and irrigation for 15 seconds, using the following solutions in each group: A) 0,12 % chlorhexidine with cetylpyridinium 0,05 %, B) 0,12 % chlorhexidine with aspartame; C) hexetidine 0,1 %; D) 0,9 % sodium chloride. After 3, 7 and 15 days of surgery, the rats were sacrificed and tissue samples were removed for histopathological analysis.
