La presente tesis reflexiona sobre los avances y desafíos del servicio educativo en una escuela secundaria indígena en relación con las aspiraciones personales y colectivas de los y las jóvenes asháninkas, desde el enfoque de Desarrollo Humano. La investigación, de carácter cualitativo y etnográfico, se centró en las voces de los y las estudiantes de secundaria de la comunidad nativa de Quempiri, provincia de Satipo, y se complementó con entrevistas a familias, líderes indígenas, docentes y servidores públicos. The present work aims to analyze the article 419 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in accordance with article 425 (3) (b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which allows the conviction of the acquitted by the Superior Criminal Court, a rule that remains in force despite the fact that, the majority of the jurisprudence issued by the Supreme Court of the Republic and the Constitutional Court itself have declared that convincing the acquitted violates the right to a plurality of instances, a fundamental right contained in article 139 (6) of the Constitution of Peru. In the present work are defined the steps to follow in order to determine the critical quality attributes in a manufacturing process of a pharmaceutical product. Analyzing the impact and criticality of each of the manufacturing operations in the quality of the product and defining the critical attributes to control. According to the results obtained, it was decided to apply NIR spectroscopy as an alternative to conventional methods to quickly control the critical attributes during the manufacturing process of a powder for suspension. The objective is to build the quality of the final product, controlling critical quality attributes of intermediate products in the same process by applying Process Analytical Technology (PAT).

Nowadays, companies worldwide operate through processes, which generates the need to control each one of them to guarantee efficiency. The objective was to design a process manual for the diagnosis and maintenance of electrical micromobility based on time standards. The study has a quantitative approach, like a feasible project, a documentary design. The sample consists of scientific, technical and manual studies. To collect information, the document analysis technique was applied and the instrument consisted of an analysis matrix. The results show that the proposed manual is designed as an organized, detailed and systematic guide for the work of diagnosis and maintenance of electrical micromobility. In the face of a conflict, citizens can follow different ways to solve it. But, how justice is configurated in the conclusion of a specific conflict? what guarantee that the procedure of the mechanism is fair? We show the results of the teaching-learning experience of the Math 'Level 0' course given to the freshers at UPC who do not pass the Math 'Level Exam'. The work was based on the feedback of the learning process and it was done at the same time that the university 'methodology of competencies' was being applied. The difference was based on the feedback given on each class based on evaluations that measured their cognitive and 'procedural knowledge'(part calculus and modelling of everyday situations). The comparison with the results obtained at the end of the week in general evaluations (common for each class) were positive, which encouraged us to keep up this learning process by common agreement.At the end of the course when comparisons between each class were made we saw that 70% passed the course due to applying this methodology. A framework for pricing Asian power options is developed when the underlying asset follows a jump-fraction process. The partial differential equation (PDE) in the fractional environment with jump is constructed for such option using general Itô's lemma and self-financing dynamic strategy. With the boundary condition an analytic formula for the option with geometric average starting at any time before maturity is derived by solving the PDE and the option with arithmetic average is evaluated in Monte Carlo simulation using control variate technique with the help of the above analytic solution. By means of this article we will analyze the usefulness of the labor agreement and the job description in the performance evaluation process, so as to integrate the tools provided by the Human Resources discipline and the Labor Law dispositions. This article addresses the steps that must be taken into consideration in order to penalize employees that breach their labor obligations. This includes the implementation of an action plan and the final decision of the dismissal of an employee.
