The purpose of this article is to describe the historical path of the Lima Consulate Court, between the history of maritime mercantile law and the politics of the nascent Peruvian Republic, as well as the antecedent of the independent Chamber of Commerce of Peru. The first part of the paper is concerned with explaining how maritime mercantile law developed and the contribution of Antonio de Capmany to the discipline of legal history in the context of the emergence of the Consulate Courts. Then, the second part deals with a comparative study of the fortresses of Real Felipe and San Juan de Ulúa, in order to explain that the Spanish Crown not only took possession of normative bodies, but also of fortresses, that is, maritime infrastructure that resists the attacks of corsairs and pirates. In his memoirs, written when he had left Peru and had retired from public service, José de la Riva Agüero y Sánchez Boquete, using the pseudonym “Pruvonena”, analyzed his political involvement in the process of Peruvian independence, in which he actively opposed Congress, accusing its members of being demagogues and of handing absolute power to Simón Bolívar and to the troops of Gran Colombia in the struggle to defeat Spanish forces, which he considered an affront to the national army, since it entailed the subordination of Peruvian officers. The attitude of Riva Agüero, as reflected in his political activities, in which he made several errors that resulted in his removal as president, is defended in his memoirs, which offer an insight into the weakened and anarchic condition of the nascent Peruvian state during the early years of the republic.

OBJECTIVE: To identify personal, institutional and contextual factors involved in the scientific papers production process by Medical School researchers. MATERIAL AND METHODS: 1) The San Marcos University Research Activities Registry (RAIS) data base created by the Research Council (CSI); and 2) In depth interviews of intentionally selected informers inquiring about various aspects of the scientific production process. RESULTS: During the period 1990 through 2001 from 994 faculty members, 149 (15%) published scientific papers in journals and registered them in the RAIS. This paper focuses on questioning the use of the claim for nullity of legal acts, based on Civil Code provisions, to request the annulment of administrative acts that are grounded in administrative law. Accordingly, it reaffirms the exclusivity of the administrative litigation process, within the ordinary jurisdiction, for filing claims seeking the annulment of administrative acts issued under public law norms.

El presente trabajo permitió diseñar un modelo de gestión denominado “Modelo de Gestión “Business Process Management” para mejorar los Resultados del Centro de salud de Morales de la Red San Martín, 2020”. El valor entregable de esta investigación es implementar la metodología que constituye una adaptación del enfoque denominado el rediseño sistemático, donde hemos identificado los procesos existentes que han sido revisados en forma sistemática para proponer un nuevo proceso, con el objeto de mejorar los servicios a los nuevos ingresantes del pregrado en la matrícula de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas, integrada al Sistema Único de Matrícula (SUM) de la UNMSM.El rediseño de procesos permitirá mejorar los servicios de matrícula, propiciando una nueva forma de operar en el SUM en los servicios de calidad a los alumnos; en otras palabras, permitirá modificar las actitudes, los valores y la cultura organizacional, debido a que concentrará sus inversiones en la capacidad de sus recursos y las competencias de su fuerza humana, para crear un valor diferenciado y sustentable.

Esta investigación se centra en la implementación de la reingeniería del proceso de medición de los Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) importados por un centro de distribución de una empresa especializada en la venta de productos para la mejora del hogar y materiales de construcción. Para identificar los factores que influyen en el proceso y optimizarlo, se realizó un estudio de tiempos y movimientos del proceso utilizando la herramienta conocida como diagrama de espagueti. Como resultado, se incrementó la productividad y disminuyeron los tiempos muertos, lo que permitió medir en menos tiempo el universo de SKU. El estudio también condujo a la configuración del sistema utilizando datos correctos, lo que facilitó la operación dentro del almacén.

To evaluate the impact of the international accreditation process at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos’s Faculty of Dentistry was the purpose of the investigation. Methodology: The study was descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective. The sample was made up by 307 (of 450) students randomly selected. The data collection was obtained by a questionnaire survey. Chi square test (SPSS 20) was applied. The results showed that the level of student’s satisfaction related to accreditation process was regular to good (37.1% and 51.3%).
