El presente estudio tiene por objetivo establecer la relación entre política pública de salud y gestión de salud mental en la UNMSM 2020. Se empleó como metodología un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo no experimental, diseño transversal y método correlacional y muestra no probabilística. Se recopiló la información a través de la técnica de encuesta y como instrumento se elaboró un cuestionario de preguntas relacionadas a las variables. En cuanto a los resultados descriptivos, en la variable política pública el 49,14% de los participantes encuestados manifiestan que la Política pública en salud es regular, mientras que un 35,34% manifiesta que es mala y solo un 15,52% indica que es buena. The present upgrading work pretends to be a document that allows the delivering of experiences got by the Industrial Engineering Faculty (FII by its acronyms in Spanish) of the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM by its acronyms in Spanish), to obtain the university accreditation. The factor denominated Academic Processes is analyzed specifically, framed as part of the development of the teaching - learning process under the principle of continuous improvement that finally had the effect to be the first school of Industrial Engineering in Peru in being internationally accredited.
