EVA (Economic Value Added) is a specific indicator of residual income that many companies used nowadays to measure its performance. Its fundament is that the supreme objective of the directives of the organization is to create value, and for that it was conceived as the tool able to measure if that goal is effectively fulfilled. In this article, we show that through MVA (Market Value Added) we will update EVAs previously calculated, allowing to evaluate an alternative of inversion as an alternative method to VAN.

The purpose of this investigation was to determine the possible factors that explain the abilities of students from San Marcos University and thus help in the formulation of guidelines to enable the University to develop educational and training bases to promote an enterprise culture of their students. The handling of market risk management can be done through derivative instruments for hedging purposes. The swap transaction is one of the financial instruments available to the financial manager and that is the subject of this article. Also application cases are appearing for the company mitigates the possibility of suffering losses due to unexpected and adverse movements in interest rates, exchange rates, stock prices and raw materials or commodities.

The Dumping is the practice of trade in which a company sells a product abroad at less than that would be sold in its home market. The present article describes the steps that should follow either a company or a branch of production, that might be affected by dumping prices.

Projects are assessed through different methods. The VNA and the TIR are the most used, being the crucial factors the cash flow and the discount rate. This article is aimed at making it clear what discount rate should be appropriate, taking into account the fund contributor criterion. We think that this subject has not been treated in depth by the respective theory.

In the present article is exposed the importance and the mechanisms for the access to the markets of derived products, where contracts are negociated to future types of interest, foreign currencies and market indexes; options on foreign currencies, types of interest, market indexes and stocks, as well as financial exchanges.

The silk screen printing used by the micro and small businesses (MYPE for its acronym in Spanish) of Peru, is characterized for being artisanal, which means that they use clean technologies, however, they don’t use ecological inputs. Peru is a rich country in the tradition of use of natural inks from the time of inca and preinca’s cultures. At present mentioned tradition is limited to clothes elaborated for foreign tourists and in far places of difficult access. In the essays made to obtain a natural ink for the printing process, tests have been made with eucalyptus (Eucalyptus), getting good results with the system consisting of the extract of eucalyptus leaves and starch as vehicle.

The present upgrading work pretends to be a document that allows the delivering of experiences got by the Industrial Engineering Faculty (FII by its acronyms in Spanish) of the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM by its acronyms in Spanish), to obtain the university accreditation. The factor denominated Academic Processes is analyzed specifically, framed as part of the development of the teaching - learning process under the principle of continuous improvement that finally had the effect to be the first school of Industrial Engineering in Peru in being internationally accredited.

This article is outlined the theories of the philosopher Karl Raimund Popper on hypothetical deductive method, problems of induction and demarcation. It is presented concepts of science, technology and engineering and standardization norm. It is developed the theory of risks related to engineering projects
