The construct validity of six hypothesized dimensions was explored for an Accountancy majorgraduation examination, in order to understand the underlying process of responding. Using answers from 313 examinees to an intentional sample of 17 objective items administered on large scale, a confirmatory factorial analysis was carried out, with a Multi-Trait Multi-Method matrix (MTMM): Traits represented three cognitive operations required to solve the items and the methods represented three knowledge fields of the content. Each item was linked to a cog- nitive operation and to a knowledge field. The resulting model showed convergent validity in two constructs and its manifest variables and divergent only between technical and combined knowledge. In this paper, the author analyzes the Peruvian and Spain procedural guarantees that involve the act of serving the lawsuit at the defendant’s legal domicile. It explains the reasons why the defendant cannot be summoned to the WhatsApp application or to an-email. For the purposes, the guarantees that involve the act of serving the claim at the defendant will be analyzed, which go beyond the guaranteeing that the defendant becomes aware of the claim.

El objetivo de esta investigación es investigar si los movimientos del tipo de cambio nominal afectan la fijación de la tasa de interés de política monetaria en Perú. Evidence on which policies and measures were effective in responding to the pandemic remains underdeveloped to answer the key question ‘what worked and why?’. Este ensayo se centra en la mentoría aplicada a la enseñanza de pregrado. Se buscará demostrar que la mentoría se fortalece con las tecnologías de la información (TICs) y es útil para los estudiantes que actualmente cursan pregrado, conformado por las generaciones millenials y centenials. Estas generaciones provocan retos y desafíos que constituyen oportunidades para la integración de las tecnologías de las TICs al proceso educativo. La mentoría entre pares, en la que el mentor puede ser un estudiante de años superiores con ciertos requisitos, constituiría una herramienta útil para permitir una mayor adhesión a la carrera, la integración natural de las TICs a la educación, así como un aprendizaje y aprehendizaje más significativos.

In the field of databases, the lack of traceability of transactions or operations in a database is vital to respond to incidents that may originate within them, such as the alteration of unauthorized information. This article proposes an auditing model to mitigate risk using Oracle's object and transaction auditing approach. Finally, a laboratory was implemented in which the proposed model was deployed, ensuring the information's confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Se estima que, a la llegada de los españoles, la población del altiplano era de un millón de personas, es decir, aproximadamente la misma que hoy. La diferencia es que en esa época los problemas básicos de empleo, disponibilidad y acceso a la alimentación estaban esencialmente cubiertos. El proceso histórico de este espacio, luego de miles de años de desarrollo autónomo, estuvo marcado por el abandono y gradual destrucción de conocimientos y tecnologías forjadas para responder a sus particulares retos, significó el desplazamiento y marginación de las especies agrícolas y pecuarias nativas y la deforestación del altiplano, llevando a agudizar su adversidad climática.

The emerging international system in the twenty-first century is characterised by a new phase of globalization in which, largely due to the explosion of information and communication technologies, the role and activity of a variety of actors –outside and within states– has been significantly strengthened. While the states remain as the main actors of the world system, the current configuration of the international order no longer responds to the Westphalian state-centric paradigm that shaped international relations until the end of the twentieth century. In this new scenario, the role of subnational actors is increasingly active, which opens a window of opportunity for developing nations to improve their competitive and cooperative insertion in the international system at both regional and global levels.
