La presente tesis realiza el análisis, evaluación y optimización de los elementos de tiempo y costo en el proceso de atención de pedidos de una empresa comercial, utilizando la técnica de simulación de procesos. Se incluyen modelos gráficos diseñados con el software Bizagi Modeler, entre los que figuran el modelo lógico actual (MLA), también conocido como modelo “AS IS” del proceso de atención de pedidos. Asimismo, se evidencia la necesidad de usar herramientas que la organización brinda a sus trabajadores para que realicen el trabajo con efectividad y así llegar a alcanzar estándares elevados de calidad y de satisfacción del cliente; consecuentemente lograr los objetivos.

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal, determinar si un modelo de adopción de tecnologías de información favorece en la reducción de la brecha digital en los pobladores de entornos rurales de la ciudad de Iquitos. La investigación fue con intervención no experimental, aplicada en función de los objetivos, pregunta e hipótesis de investigación. La población estuvo constituida por los habitantes de las zonas rurales de la ciudad de Iquitos, con una muestra de 346 participantes de ambos sexos. Taking the Peru a leadership in the production of metals in the world, the world’s largest producer of silver, the second of copper and zinc, and the sixth in gold, it is necessary to develop intensive metallurgical research to give greater technological value to our concentrates. In the framework of clean technologies direct reduction of sulphides is of interest in metallurgical processes for obtaining base metal. In this investigation shows results of the kinetics of direct reduction of the chalcopyrite of complex marañón with coal in the presence of dolomite as an opportunity to produce copper from a sulphide avoiding air pollution. We studied the effect of the variables involved in the reduction carbotermica: Temperature, reasons molars of reactants, being kinetic model that we describe the phenomenology of reduction process of the chalcopyrite.

El presente estudio evalúa el riesgo de inundación en el centro poblado Huamanpali, distrito de Alto Larán, mediante la integración de modelación hidrológica e hidráulica del río Chico. El análisis hidrológico se desarrolló en el software HEC-HMS, obteniéndose un caudal pico de 1113.7 m³/s para el periodo de retorno de 100 años en la parte baja de la cuenca. Considerando la bifurcación natural del sistema hídrico, se determinó que el río Chico recibe aproximadamente un tercio del caudal total, equivalente a 371.23 m³/s, valor empleado como condición de entrada en el modelamiento hidráulico. La simulación bidimensional en HEC-RAS evidenció un desbordamiento significativo del cauce en el sector de Huamanpali, generando una zona inundada de 189.10 hectáreas, que afecta viviendas, vías locales y áreas agrícolas colindantes. Each country's metalworking industry has much economic development, providing companies with jobs and new products. However, companies have different problems in improving various aspects such as production, quality, and delivery times, among others. Therefore, to solve these problems, this article proposes a model based on implementing the Lean philosophy using different tools such as 5S, TPM, SLP, and SMED to increase the overall equipment efficiency (OEE). In addition, work was done on the mindset of workers to sensitize them through the ADKAR Model. During the last decade of the Twentieth century Peru has undertaken a public firms' privatization process involving the transfer of ownership at firms producing intermediate goods to foreign investors. This essay proposes a model for assesing the macroeconomic effects produced by the privatization of this kind of companies on the telecommunication industry. By using National income as a reference unit for measuring impacts, the model captures analytically, as short-term effects the rise in the relative prices of telephone services along with the transfer of poverty and the filling of the market gap led by the raise in service coverage. Cloud computing, has become a commonly used word in the past few years, in particular the model “As a service”, because it is through this model that SMBs can access, in a more economic way to services that have traditionally been expensive. This model provides the ease of having a service that involves multi-brand computers, in the form of income and with scenarios of technological renewal; lessening the obsolescence of infrastructure, since it prescinds from own equipment. Due to the impact of cloud computing in the business applications, and in our daily lives, it can be said, that this model has come to stay; therefore, it is necessary to carry out a review of the benefits for companies.

Este estudio se deriva del problema que existían con las sobreroturas de las coronas al interior de la Minera KIWA, se identificó que la causa era la falta de implementación de una malla diseñada aplicando un método científico que permitiera estimar la cantidad óptima de taladros que estarían presentes en la malla, además también permitiría estimar el tipo de explosivo, así como la cantidad que se debería usar en los arranques, cuadradores, ayudas y arrastres de perforación que se hallan en la malla perforada. De esta manera, una mala colocación de los explosivos y taladros en la malla estaba generando la sobrerotura de las coronas, lo que conllevaba a un incremento en la cantidad de tiempos innecesarios de limpieza como de sostenimiento esto se verá reflejado también en un mayor gasto para estos procesos, debido al incremento del coste unitario. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general proponer la mejora de la gestión de inventarios de la empresa Afervitel EIRL para reducir la demanda insatisfecha. Para ello, mediante el método 5WH – 1H y el diagrama de Ishikawa se identificaron los principales problemas, así como sus causas raíces. Posteriormente, se realizó el cálculo de indicadores logísticos. Es así como se determinó que la empresa poseía un nivel de servicio de 73,25% debido a la existencia de rotura de stock, desconocimiento de la demanda real, desconocimiento de los modelos de gestión de inventario y error en el sistema de registro. In this paper, an analysis of deep learning techniques for weather forecasting using statistical downscaling approaches was developed. These are important, since they allow adjusting large-scale climate projections generated by the GCM climate model to more accurate and defined forecasts for specific areas, thus allowing overcoming the limitations of traditional numerical models in the representation of local and small-scale phenomena. Studies implementing Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN) were analyzed in order to improve the spatial and temporal resolution of climate data.
