The paper aims to examine the particular style of qualitative research as a way of approaching reality from the actual specific people and offers a closer perspective to humans. Central aspects of how qualitative research are rarely discussed explicitly, as interested in pointing out the theoretical questions and methodological problems of qualitative study. It is also presented the procedures to design and develop the qualitative research project.

El presente estudio versa sobre la ejecución proyectos eléctricos en baja tensión, los cuales son ejecutados por una empresa de servicios cuyas operaciones se realizan en Lima. El capítulo 1 presenta la literatura asociada a la solución del problema, en donde se desarrolla el marco teórico de las metodologías propuestas. El capítulo 2 muestra el uso de las herramientas de la ingeniería industrial a efectos de identificar el problema: “retrasos en la ejecución de proyectos de baja tensión con reforma”. Esta problemática genera una pérdida anual de 381 miles de soles y un déficit de capital de trabajo de 11,500 miles de soles correspondiente al año 2017. In the last half century,there were several attempts to adopt the notion of supervenience in order to shed light on the claim of generality that is involved in aesthetic judgments. In this paper I will show the difficulties brought up by the transposition of the notion of supervenience from other areas of philosophy to the philosophy of art and I will also show the intrinsic difficulties of this project. First, I will revise the origins of the notion of supervenience in contemporary ethics and philosophy of mind, as well as the theoretical framework in which this notion was first introduced. La desigualdad de género en los espacios familiares son un problema pendiente por resolver, ya que aún existen roles y estereotipos de género que impiden el empoderamiento de las mujeres. De esta manera, el presente Trabajo de Investigación se centra en el enfoque de género y su importancia en el empoderamiento de las mujeres. Para determinar ello, se realizó un diagnóstico de metodología etnográfica con enfoque cualitativo, acerca de las percepciones de las mujeres emprendedoras sobre el discurso de enfoque de género. Los resultados del diagnóstico mostraron que las emprendedoras aún tenían desconocimiento sobre el enfoque de género y no reproducían prácticas igualitarias a nivel personal, familiar y laboral. Neuropathology, neurosurgery and neurology: After briefly reviewing the current trends in the training of specialists, the essential requirements to become an institution to start a medical residency program, especially in relation to the three fundamental neurological disciplines are described. Then the characteristics of the currently teaching hospitals affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine of the University of San Marcos are discussed, pointing out the deficiencies is urgent to repay, and the changes in organization and equipment to be set before opening the residency program. Finally, a project is presented for neurological residences, using the personnel, facilities and equipment currently available in the Dos de Mayo, Loayza, Child, Santo Toribio and Larco Herrera hospitals.

In this article, the Design Thinking technique will be used to solve and evaluate the problem of the selection of software quality metrics, considering some techniques for the collection of ideas that can support the development of a solution purpose to the problem that in this case is the quality assurance based on the evaluation metrics defined in the current known standards. All this is possible thanks to the support of web tools that provide templates to cover the phases of Design Thinking. The details of the phases are also made starting with the Empathizing phase followed by Define, Devise, Prototype, Test and finally arriving at the results and conclusions found after the whole design thinking process. The results are expected to help build quality software and be used in a real project and in its different stages making the software successful in the market.

In this article we will present a study about the importance of indigenous community radio for preserving, disseminating, and developing the culture of native peoples, and about the difficulties found in Peru for the development of this type of communication projects. To this end, we will first analyze the history of community radio in the country, as well as its legislation regarding communication matters. Subsequently, we will address the question of Peruvian indigenous identity from a brief historical perspective and its current linguistic situation. This article deals with the effect of Problem Based Learning (PBL) in the development of the emotional intelligence of first-semester students in a private university in Lima. To achieve this purpose, an applied research was carried out, using the experimental method (quasi-experimental design), given that the independent variable (PBL) will be manipulated so that it produces an effect on the dependent variable (Emotional Intelligence), which will be measured. To do this, a sample of 48 students was taken, it was divided into two groups: one of control (24) and the other one experimental (24) of a total population of 1281 freshmen. The main objective of this research was to verify that a control indicator system improves project management in the incubator of a private university in Trujillo. For this purpose, a descriptive quantitative research methodology was used with a pre-experimental design that allowed analyzing the study sample formed by all the employees, clients (entrepreneurs), and the processes carried out in the business incubator, for which an interview and a documentary review were applied in order to collect data to diagnose the current situation of the organization. El presente artículo muestra los resultados de un estudio de investigación que abordó el conjunto de problemas surgidos en las comunidades que están dentro del radio de acción de las empresas mineras. Asimismo buscó plantear soluciones vía proyectos SNIP con el propósito de revertir los problemas anteriormente mencionados. Para lograr los resultados obtenidos, se han aplicado algunas técnicas de prospectiva en cuanto a consulta a expertos, habiendo sido previamente adaptadas al escenario que se presentó durante la investigación, así como a las características propias del mismo.
