En este contexto, los Índices de Capacidad de Proceso (ICP) juegan un rol trascendental en el análisis de capacidad de los procesos. Para el caso de datos no normales existen dos enfoques generales basados en transformaciones (Transformación de Box –Cox y de Johnson) y percentiles (Sistemas de distribuciones de Pearson y de Burr). The same occurs with correlated and uncorrelated quality variables. In this research work, a CPME multivariate capability index was developed by initially using a univariate index—depending on whether the data was o not normal—and any correlation between variables, and then through a characteristic function for the multivariate data. This index may be used in all the aforementioned cases. Some examples of this alternative are presented on a set of real and simulated data, where a broad performance of our proposed index was found against other similar capability indices.

Se evalúa la percepción de las usuarias sobre la calidad de atención del parto eutócico. Es un estudio descriptivo y transversal. Se empleó un cuestionario de tipo SERVPERF modificado para el centro obstétrico y se calcularon los puntajes promedios individuales por dimensiones de la calidad y de manera general. Se entrevistó a 231 pacientes, 78% de las mujeres se encontraba en el rango de edad de 21 a 35 años y el 9.5% eran menores 20 años. El 45.9% eran ama de casa y el 34.6% comerciante. El 29.4% de la población eran primigestas y 20.3% refirió no haber tenido abortos. Con respecto a la encuesta, el 61.6 % de las mujeres están globalmente satisfechas con el servicio brindado, el 19.69% y 40.26% tuvieron una valoración en los niveles de “satisfacción moderada” y “satisfacción” respectivamente. In a group of 21 third trimester pregnant women the intravenous glucose tolerance test in one hour was performed. For comparison a group of 15 non pregnant women matched for age were submitted to the same procedure. There is a significant lower level of fasting blood glucose in the pregnant group and also at 15 and 60 minutes during the intravenous glucose tolerance test. It is concluded that normal pregnancy is associated with a lower level of fasting blood glucose and an improvement in the tolerance to glucose. The results of the present work must be taken into account when an interpretation of glucose tolerance during pregnancy is made.

RESUMEN El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo comparar el volumen plaquetario medio en gestantes normales y en gestantes con preeclampsia, el métodos que se empleó; analítico retrospectivo de casos y controles, la población conformada 1080 gestantes que culminaron su parto durante el periodo 2017, la muestra quedo representada en 284 gestantes con y sin diagnóstico de preeclampsia; 142 con preeclampsia y 142 normales, obtenidas mediante la fórmula muestral; el tipo de muestreo: probabilístico aleatorio simple. El objetivo principal de la presente tesis es presentar la teoría de las familias normales y mostrar su importancia en la teoría de grupos discontinuos y discretos. Primero haremos un estudio de las propiedades de las transformaciones de Moebius y luego su clasificación por conjugación. Para así introducirnos en la teoría de familias normales para funciones holomorfas y meromorfas. A partir de ello probaremos algunos resultados de normalidad para transformaciones de Moebius en especial el teorema fundamental de normalidad para transformaciones de Moebius. Finalmente veremos que un grupo Γ de transformaciones de Moebius es discontinuo en un punto α si y solo si Γ es discreto y forma una familia normal en α.

It discloses the experience gained in the radioimmunoassay determination of prolactin (PRL) levels, both in terms of methodology and clinical.
