Los programas de reciclaje se crean para mejorar la calidad del ambiente y proteger la salud de las personas, fomentando a su vez una cultura de reciclaje y un mejor aprovechamiento de los residuos sólidos entre los ciudadanos. The objective of the research was to analyze the relationship between the Budget Program 068 and the Reactive Management in the Provincial Municipality of Tumbes in the year 2021. It is a basic type study, with a descriptive, quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional design., with a sample of 376 residents of the areas of greatest risk and 28 managers of the municipality. Two fifteen-item questionnaires for each variable were used as instruments, their reliability is good and they were validated using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient (α = 0.761 and α = 0.767, respectively). Public Budgeting Program 068 (PP068 by its Spanish initials) is part of the National System for Disaster Risk Management financial strategy and is linked to disaster risk management processes—among them, the processes of Reactive Management (GR by its Spanish initials). It enables articulated interventions between entities from the three government levels to reduce the vulnerability of the population and their means of living. This study analyzes factors that allow local officials to overcome design distortions generated during the process of registering beneficiaries of the «Vaso de Leche» Program in a context in which these beneficiaries are powerful social actors who have a capacity for collective action. This study was conducted between 2002 and 2010 in Villa El Salvador, a district of metropolitan Lima. Villa El Salvador municipal authorities selected beneficiaries without considering the target population as established by the official regulations. This variation from established norms is understood in this study as a «design distortion». The research was carried out with the objective of determining the effectiveness of the self-control program based on neurolinguistic programming (PNL) for the reduction of work stress in workers of the tax administration management of a municipality of Peru. The method used in this research is the pre-experimental method. The population of this study was thirty workers, the technique used is non-probability sampling. The instrument for measuring stress was the stress questionnaire from the Colombian Ministry of Social Protection. The results showed that, before the intervention, 100% of the workers presented stress, and after the intervention, only 37% of them. El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar la incidencia del cumplimiento de metas asignadas a la Municipalidad Distrital de Belén sobre en la recaudación de ingresos por el Programa de incentivos a la mejora de la gestión y modernización municipal en el periodo 2020 - 2022. La metodología fue descriptiva, se utilizó la información de ingresos por el Programa de Incentivos y los reportes de cumplimiento de metas de la Municipalidad Distrital de Belén de los años 2020 al 2022. Los resultados muestran que la municipalidad cumplió con las metas asignadas por el Programa de Incentivos durante los años 2020 y 2021, percibiendo ingresos de S/. 3 642 558 y S/. 1 346 117, montos muy superiores a los estimados inicialmente por el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas. A quasi-experimental study was carried out with the objective of determining the effect of a neuropsychological intervention program on academic skills in reading, writing and mathematics in a group of first grade girls and boys of primary school at the Cadena Las Playas educational institution. municipality of Apartadó, Antioquia, Colombia, aged between 5 and 6 years, belonging to a low socioeconomic condition. In 1984, in the context of Peru’s internal armed conflict between the Shining Path and the State (1980-2000), Lima’s socialist mayor Alfonso Barrantes Lingán decreed the creation of Huaycán, the first housing project targeting Lima’s poorest residents. Huaycán originated from a shared socialist vision by urbanists and shantytown settlers to address the politics of abandonment by establishing a co-management program between municipal representatives and the population. This article traces the creation of Huaycán, from 1983 to 1985, as a project that emanated from the demands of a new generation of urban residents. The article reveals the tensions derived from within the leftist front, and between the urbanists and shantytown settlers that created the project.

Objective. Demonstrate the effectiveness of educational intervention in improving healthy lifestyles and self-care for adult women in the glass of milk program of the Municipality of Pillcomarca, Huánuco, Peru. Methods. We worked with a quasi-experimental design of pre and post test of a single group, whose sample was 26 women leaders. Before and after the intervention, the evaluation tests were applied to measure healthy lifestyles and self-care. Results. Regarding the results found before the educational intervention, 57.7% had unhealthy lifestyles, decreasing in the post-test to 7.7%; while in relation to healthy lifestyles, 46.2% in the pre-test increased to 92.3% in the post-test. Likewise, in terms of inadequate self-care practices, 92.3% in the pre-test decreased to 53.8% after the intervention. Conclusion.
