This is a descriptive-evolutive, dogmatic and comparative study on the collective processes of the European Union (EU). On November 25th, 2020, the Union adopted one of its most awaited legal instruments: the firstlegislation, that is supposed to create a European collective action mechanism for monetary relief. According to Directive 2020/1828 on representative actions for the protection of the collective interests of consumers, and repealing Directive 2009/22/EC, member States have to adopt the transposing measures by December 25th, 2021, and give effect to them on and apply them to representative actions that are brought on or after June 25th, 2023. The research arises from the need to demonstrate that advertising with a priming effect can improve the domain of the vision and mission of an educational institution in students ofbasic education, specifically in their conceptions of social projection, environmental care and humanistic learning. Its objective was to determine the effects of priming in advertisingaimed at improving the domain of institutional purposes. The design was experimental, and the population, students of the VII cycle of EBR. The techniques used were the observationrecord and the survey, and descriptive statistics for information processing. The results show that advertising with a priming effect improves vision mastery, 25% more in the experimentalgroup than in the control group, and regarding the mission of the institution, the level of mastery is maintained.

It is a denunciation of idolatrand other excesses that the cacique Don Diego de Yaruparia committed in his village in 1672, and documentation consists of 38 folios votes. The person in charge of the investigation was the visitor Ignacio Castelbi, by special request of Archbishop Pedro de Villagomez. The mission was entrusted to the removal and punishment of idolatry and superstition existing among the Indians of the province of Huaylas.
