El valor entregable de esta investigación es implementar la metodología que constituye una adaptación del enfoque denominado el rediseño sistemático, donde hemos identificado los procesos existentes que han sido revisados en forma sistemática para proponer un nuevo proceso, con el objeto de mejorar los servicios a los nuevos ingresantes del pregrado en la matrícula de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas, integrada al Sistema Único de Matrícula (SUM) de la UNMSM.El rediseño de procesos permitirá mejorar los servicios de matrícula, propiciando una nueva forma de operar en el SUM en los servicios de calidad a los alumnos; en otras palabras, permitirá modificar las actitudes, los valores y la cultura organizacional, debido a que concentrará sus inversiones en la capacidad de sus recursos y las competencias de su fuerza humana, para crear un valor diferenciado y sustentable.

Deliverable value of this research is to implement the methodology is an adaptation of the approach called systematic redesign, where we have identified existing processes that have been reviewed systematically to propose new process in order to improve services to new entrants of undergraduate enrollment in the Faculty of Management integrated the Single System of registration of San Marcos.Redesigning processes will improve registration services, promoting a new way of operating in the Single Registration System (SUM) in quality services to students; in other words, it allows changing attitudes, values and organizational culture because concentrate its investments in the capacity of their resources and skills of their human strength, to create a differentiated and sustainable value.

Las personas cuando pierde la salud, se sienten vulnerables y frágiles, por lo que resulta crucial la actitud de la familia durante el proceso de la enfermedad. El objetivo fue determinar la relación entre el soporte familiar y adherencia al tratamiento en adulto mayor con diagnóstico de insuficiencia cardiaca congestiva que acude al servicio de cardiología en un Hospital Nacional. El estudio fue cuantitativo, correlacional de corte transversal. This article is about the process of population ageing in Peru and Latin America, in the context of the pandemic. During the last 20 years, Latin American people have been ageing. This scenario presents several dilemmas for governments. Peru has faced this situation for about 10 years. The latest statistical figures have shown this demographic trend. This situation stablishes some challenges for the Peruvian government. Therefore, the situation of the elderly, the existing social policies and the social service programs will be analyzed. Methodologically, the research presents a theoretical discussion, a bibliographic review, and a systematization of various experiences.

To evaluate the impact of the international accreditation process at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos’s Faculty of Dentistry was the purpose of the investigation. Methodology: The study was descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective. The sample was made up by 307 (of 450) students randomly selected. The data collection was obtained by a questionnaire survey. Chi square test (SPSS 20) was applied. The results showed that the level of student’s satisfaction related to accreditation process was regular to good (37.1% and 51.3%). Esta investigación se centra en la implementación de la reingeniería del proceso de medición de los Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) importados por un centro de distribución de una empresa especializada en la venta de productos para la mejora del hogar y materiales de construcción. Para identificar los factores que influyen en el proceso y optimizarlo, se realizó un estudio de tiempos y movimientos del proceso utilizando la herramienta conocida como diagrama de espagueti. Como resultado, se incrementó la productividad y disminuyeron los tiempos muertos, lo que permitió medir en menos tiempo el universo de SKU. El estudio también condujo a la configuración del sistema utilizando datos correctos, lo que facilitó la operación dentro del almacén.

El aumento de la esperanza de vida en países emergentes ha generado una mayor preocupación por los cambios cognitivos asociados al envejecimiento, sobre todo como indicadores prodrómicos de demencia. En el envejecimiento normal se observan cambios lentos y continuos en las funciones cognitivas sobre todo en velocidad de procesamiento y memoria de trabajo. Nos propusimos comparar el rendimiento en velocidad de procesamiento y memoria de trabajo entre diferentes niveles educativos (primaria, secundaria y superior), entre hombres y mujeres y en dos rangos de edad (punto de corte 63 años). The objective of this study was to evaluate the perfomance of the process of lamination of the endosperm of corn in an agricultural company by means of the capability indices of processes, (PCI), low two focuses: traditional and bayesian. Both PCI was evaluated with simulated data under different suppositions. To the real case the results obtained by the bayesian PCI were Ĉb (D) = 0,81, while the traditional was Ĉp = 0,46 and Ĉpk = 0,81. It is concluded that the process of lamination is not capable. With regard to the simulated data, the results correspond to 100 samples of size 50, under three conditions: 1) the process is capable, centered and normal distributed. 2) It not process capable, not centered and normal. 3) The process is lightly capable, not centered and normal.
