El presente trabajo de Investigación se realizó en las instalaciones de la Universidad Católica de Santa María de Arequipa. Las variables han sido investigadas y para la recopilación de los datos se usó la ficha de recolección de datos. En el presente estudio se analizó la discrepancia dimensional entre los conos de gutapercha y las limas tipo k file, los cuales fueron medidos según el calibre, la longitud y la forma de cada instrumento odontológico. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue de determinar la diferencia significativa entre la discrepancia dimensional de los conos de gutapercha y las limas tipo K File en la clínica odontológica San Miguel de Huancayo-2017. La remoción del material de obturación es un paso importante para el éxito de un retratamiento endodóntico. El propósito de este estudio fue comparar la eficiencia de dos diferentes técnicas de instrumentación rotatoria: Protaper Retratarniento y Mtwo retratamiento en la desobturación de conductos radiculares. Se utilizaron 48 primeras molares inferiores de dientes humanos en este estudio, la muestra fue seleccionada aleatoriamente y los especímenes fueron almacenados en solución de agua destilada. La presencia de canales y no obstruidos fueron verificados usando radiovisiografia.

It was demonstrated the existence of domestic sewage discharge in all the beaches considered as unacceptable; in 35.75% (05) with visual inspection; in 14.29% (02) was observed water running with fecal pollution and in 50% (07) by the relation between E. coli and Enterococcus.

Objective: To determine both the prevalence and risk factors of cervical cancer and squamous intraepithelial lesions, with special attention on the preinvasive cervical disease treatment. Design: Prospective, descriptive, non randomized study. Materials and Methods: Study of 120 non randomly selected cases of cervical cytology during 2003, in women attended at Piedra Liza Health Center (San Juan de Lurigancho). In 49 cases, biopsy was performed to confirm both clinical and colposcopic findings. Results: From the 120 cytology cases, 14 (11,5%) were ASC, 67 (56%) L-SIL, 34 (29%) H-SIL, 3 (2,5%) squamous carcinoma, 2 (2%) adenocarcinoma. In the 49 biopsies, 12 cases were L-SIL, 32 H-SIL, 3 invasive squamous carcinoma, and 2 cervical adenocarcinoma, one in situ. This paper is meant to study if there is a relation between happiness and engagement in graduate students who work at the same time. To do this, a descriptive correlational study that features a cross-sectional design was carried out. 338 students from private institutions were evaluated (Universities and colleges).The data were obtained using the Happiness scale of Lima, with a criterion validity of the scale of positive affect of r=.48, p 0.80 and reliability of α>.77. The Happines scale has the following factors: absence of deep suffering, personal fulfillment, life satisfaction, , ´joie de vivre´, while the Engagement questionnaire takes into account the components of vigor, dedication and absorption. The findings reveal progress in organizational management, driven by strategic planning, clear structures, and participatory leadership, as well as the use of technologies to monitor productivity. Combining part of the extensive literature on the literary production of Clorinda Matto de Turner with a feminist ideological framework, this article examines the ideology of gender constructed in relation tomodernity, gender policies and national imaginary in two of his short stories, “Pálida!... pero es ella...! Novela homeopática con pretensiones espiritistas” and “Amor de redondel. Cuento a modo de novela”. This ideology, superficially, presents instabilities and contradictions. However, it is through these apparent contradictions that Matto de Turner could manage her reformist program around gender and national reform without apparently altering the hegemonic rule.

Lima is a city where the area of archaeological sites exceeds the green and public areas, this represents an enormous challenge to preserve and reclaim our monuments, so it’s necessary to evaluate the theory with which we face this challenge; This Research reviews conceptual presents a literatura review based in different contributions on the pre-Hispanic territorial model and its evolution over time, it also seeks to contrast the approaches of value enhancement and social use to assess its relevance to the contemporary context of archaeological sites in Lima, its relevance for the city and their value enhancement process, and finally, it analyzes the case of urban dynamics in Garagay to understand its relevance in the urban environment and related concepts of enhancement.

Evaluar el efecto del hipoclorito de sodio al 5.25% en la corrosión de instrumentos rotatorios de endodoncia. Materiales y Métodos: Este estudio fue experimental y de corte transversal. Se evaluaron 12 limas rotatorias modelo PROFLEXI FILE BLUE y 12 limas rotatorias PRO FLEXI RAINBOW de la marca Denco. La ficha de observación pasó por un proceso de validación, mediante juicio de 4 expertos odontólogos endodoncistas especialistas con grado de magister; el valor V de Aiken obtenido fue de 1.00. Se tomaron y analizaron imágenes de microscopio electrónico de barrido de las partes del eje, medio y punta (extremo) de cada lima con aumentos de 100X – 200X. Se evaluó in vitro el espesor de dentina remanente con dos diferentes técnica; con el objetivo de determinar cuál de los dos sistemas rotatorio vs reciprocante promueve una mayor conservación de dicho espesor remanente a nivel de zona de peligro. Materiales y métodos: Para esto se utilizó 20 primeros y segundos molares inferiores. Se prepararon las raíces mesiales seccionándolas todas a un mismo nivel. Se toma las medidas con Cone Beam antes y después de la preparación biomecánica. Las 20 raíces mesiales fueron preparadas, los cuales se distribuyeron aleatoriamente instrumentados con el sistema rotatorio ProTaper Next y sistema reciprocante ProDesign R.
