The author of this essay analyzes the right to lunch break based on the approach made through the preliminary project of the Labor Code proposed by the Executive Branch, and focuses on developing the scope of the right to a work break as a stand-alone definition of lunch break since it refers not only to consuming food, especially to having lunch, but to developing a space for personal interaction that allows employees to continue with their work activities after the time given by employers for food consumption. While it is recognized that the right to work break does not have a direct constitutional reference, it is worth noting that it comes from the sum of the fundamental rights to dignity and health. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of occupational health and safety variables on the work performance of personnel at the Proyecto Especial Tacna (Tacna Special Project), a Peruvian public institution, during the COVID-19 pandemic. To carry out the study, a quantitative, descriptive, and correlational non-experimental design was used with a census sample, a questionnaire was applied to 42 workers in the months from July to August 2022. For the analysis of the results, the statistical technique of a simple linear regression model was applied to investigate the relationships of both variables to prove the hypotheses according to the dimensions studied. This article analyzes the fears and concerns many Venezuelan immigrants living in Peru go through every day. It delves into the communication dynamics between Peruvians and Venezuelans, as well as into its consequences at an intersubjective level. Methodologically, it is based on data gathered from interviews in Ayacucho, Chiclayo, Cusco and mainly in Lima. Basically, the life histories of immigrants in vulnerable situation are analyzed, whether they are unemployed, asking for financial support on the street or having undergone any difficult experience. Finally, the expectations they hold on the future are joined together, identifying a series of hopes they embrace to survive to the exploitation and discrimination they would face. However, this study still addresses the encouraging frameworks in a country that, as it is understood, is still an important migration destination for them.

El desarrollo de la investigación tuvo como objetivo demostrar que una estrategia de motivación laboral mejorará el desempeño en los colaboradores de la empresa constructora Projects Civil SAC en el año 2022. Para alcanzar ese propósito se ejecutó un estudio un diseño experimental. The accumulation of knowledge and skills leads to labor insertion through updated and specialized training. The study aimed to establish the difference between the professional training and labor competence of graduates from law professional schools in the Andean region. Using a quantitative approach and a comparative descriptive design, a sample of 210 intentionally selected graduates was surveyed using a questionnaire for professional training and a psychometric test for labor competence. The results showed that the National University of the Altiplano (UNA) had adequate professional training followed by the Andean University Nestor Caceres Velasquez (UANCV), compared to San Carlos University (USC) and finally Alas Peruanas University (UAP). La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre liderazgo transformacional y satisfacción laboral de los colaboradores de Property & Project Group S.A.C., Santiago de Surco 2022.
