La investigación ha estado dirigida a comprobar la vulnerabilidad de los derechos del consumidor frente al uso del libro de reclamaciones con el fin de garantizar una seguridad jurídica en los consumidores de la región Puno, 2016. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo desarrollar un proyecto de implementación de espacios destinados al intercambio social, cultural y económico para fortalecer el desarrollo y consolidación urbano arquitectónico del distrito de San Miguel - San Román, 2017. The accumulation of knowledge and skills leads to labor insertion through updated and specialized training. The study aimed to establish the difference between the professional training and labor competence of graduates from law professional schools in the Andean region. Using a quantitative approach and a comparative descriptive design, a sample of 210 intentionally selected graduates was surveyed using a questionnaire for professional training and a psychometric test for labor competence.
