El siguiente artículo titulado "Integración del Building Information Modeling para optimizar el diseño del proyecto vial" desde los años 2019 al 2024, tales como artículos científicos, tesis de grado, revistas donde se pueden observar grandes avances en la integración del BIM. Este estudio contribuye al Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible, Industria, Innovación e Infraestructura. La investigación desarrollada plantea como objetivo principal buscar la relación entre metodología building information modeling y gestión de información para ayudar a conocer que tan necesaria es contar con una metodología tecnológica de gran magnitud y en qué nivel se encuentra la gestión de información que es manejada de manera colaborativa gracias a esta herramienta tecnológica. Government in information techonologies-IT was developed to help organizations make better and more efficient use of IT, supporting them to achieve their strategic objectives with the participation and full commitment of senior management. The premise of this investigation is that this approach can and should be applied in university institutions; accordingly, an analysis was carried out about the state of the art of this concept and the main reference frameworks and standards to be applied available on the market. As a result of this analysis, an IT Governance model (GTIUP) is proposed, applicable to Peruvian universities as well as two supporting tools for its implementation.

This article shows the development of an Incident Management Model based on ITIL v 3.0 that will allow the improvement of information technology services (TI) delivery, provided by the National Office of Electronic Government and Informatic (ONGEI). Due to the increase of requirements in the use of the TI services from other State entities (users), the current situation of ONGEI was analyzed in order to identify their incident management problems as well as the causes that originate them. In this way, it was identified that the severities were not foreseen, neither the response nor the restore times; it was also found the existence of duplication of registers, a new management model and the purchase of a new tool were proposed (Service Tonic, developed by a company with the same name) to adequately manage incidents and service management.

Companies make investments in Information Systems for specific purposes in the market, this is how this measurement has become a cause of misunderstanding when the company needs measuring the results of the use of information systems within the organization.This objective of this research is to propose a model to measure the impact of the information systems for MyPES on Peru, based on initial model proposed by Gable and modified by Alshardan, including new items to consider in measurement impact for the current environment for MyPES.The proposed model is validated through surveys, which evaluate each dimension of the selected model. 12 MyPES of Metropolitan Lima were considered as a representative sample for the case of the study obtaining in them the favorable results.

The anchoring effect is defined as the tendency of human thought to the fixation on certain pieces of information that affect decision-making. In the same context, the underconfidence bias is understood as an agent’s propensity to underestimate his or her own objective performance. While some aspects of these phenomena are well known, there are no formal models that specifically describe the relationship between both. This paper presents: i) an experiment that illustrates the anchoring effect on the underconfidence bias by both reducing and amplifying such bias in the domain of geographic decision tasks and ii) the foundations of a new mathematical model that promotes precision in the study of the relationship between anchoring and underconfidence.

The health crisis that our country is going through is very difficult to manage and vaccination is of utmost importance to counteract it; however, the logistical process of purchasing and distributing vaccines is very complex. Objective: Therefore, the present research article aims to design a predictive model that influences the logistic response planning for COVID 19 vaccination in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. Methods: This can be achieved using geographic information systems technology and the implementation of mobile vaccination centers. Results: The results obtained showed the lack of vaccination sites in the district and how this measure generates a great benefit in the most vulnerable population of the study district. The information that flows in the justice system, particularly in Peru, is not shared in real time due to the heterogeneity of its information systems and platforms, generating excessive delay in the judicial process. For this reason, they have been developing interoperability models for this sector for more than a decade, highlighting the European model e-CODEX that integrates fourteen countries with diverse and heterogeneous systems and platforms.
