Saborear un helado D’Onofrio es un placer que hoy está al alcance de todos los peruanos, aunque pocos conocen todo el esfuerzo que involucra la fabricación de este tradicional producto. El crecimiento de consumo fuera de casa tiene un CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate: tasa de crecimiento anual compuesto) de 12% (12-16), siendo el split de Negocio de un 11% para el canal moderno. En los últimos 4 años el número de tiendas autoservicio ha crecido un 26% (total 183 al 2020) en Lima. El presente plan tuvo como objetivo Implementar un Sistema Web Académico para mejorarar el proceso de Gestión Académica en las Escuelas de Formación de la Policia Nacional del Perú. La población estuvo conformada por 10,028 trabajadores (10 000 docentes y 28 operadores); la muestra probabilística considerará 370 docentes y en el caso de los operadores se consideró toda la población de 28, respectivamente; de la totalidad de escuelas a nivel nacional. La tuberculosis (TB) sigue siendo un problema de salud pública con alta morbimortalidad. Cuando afecta la columna vertebral se denomina enfermedad de Pott o tuberculosis vertebral (TBV). El diagnóstico y tratamiento tempranos son esenciales para prevenir complicaciones graves, mejorar el pronóstico y la calidad de vida. En este reporte se presentan dos casos de TBV en los que hubo errores en el enfoque diagnóstico inicial. En el primer caso, los síntomas inusuales llevaron a un retraso en el diagnóstico, mientras que, en el segundo, una condición intercurrente complicó el diagnóstico temprano, lo cual tuvo consecuencias graves en el primer caso. The objective of this study was the characterization of the learning strategies of higher education students of a university in Lima. To achieve this purpose, the focus is qualitative, which allows us to interpret the same practice of the students. The methodology of this research, included direct observation and in-depth interviewing, and was aimed at understanding the reasons for practice in certain strategies. The conclusion of the research is that the metacognitive strategies, the processing of information and the control of the context become the fundamental principles at the moment of learning by students.

This paper proposes a framework of analysis for the governance dimension in the implementation in Peru of the Nationally Determined Contributions derived from the Paris Agreement (NDC). The less developed countries, such as the one mentioned, add to the technological and financing difficulties to implement the NDC, the institutional weaknesses. In this context, the analysis of governance conditions should consider short-term political factors, constraints on institutional development, as well as elements of political economy. This leads us to consider both the sectoral and territorial dynamics, as well as the different roles that actors, with economic and political power, play around climate policy.

A Kuélap, se le suele llamar ‘el Machu Picchu del norte’, por su similar tamaño e importancia. Los expertos anotan que apunta a convertirse en el segundo destino más visitado del Perú. Para llegar hay que viajar 180 km por una carretera en excelente estado, desde el aeropuerto de la ciudad de Jaén hasta Kuélap donde se accede al teleférico que lleva a las alturas de la ciudadela en tan solo 20 minutos. This article analyses the influence of the human development (HD) approachon the agenda of Peruvian politics. It examines two human developmentpolitics applied in Peru to show how the main elements of the Amartya Sen’scapacities approach can be incorporated into public policies assessment. Theanalysis shows that recognizing human agency implies a permanent dialogueamong policy makers, technicians and common citizens to set out the politicalagenda on human development. Peru is a country that stands out for its important mining sector; therefore, the following study analyzes the relationship between internal control and business management within a mining company in the country. The methodology considers the basic type, descriptive-correlational level, and cross-sectional design, the universe being 379 workers of the mining company analyzed and the sample is made up of 178 workers. El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo diseñar, implementar y optimizar un nuevo método de lavado de frascos de vidrio para el envasado de formas farmacéuticas líquidas no estériles, de tal modo que sea un proceso continuo y en línea con el envasado de este tipo de productos. The present study has the following objective: to design, implement and optimize a new method of washing glass bottles for the packaging of non-sterile liquid dosage forms, in a way that is a continuous process and in line with the packaging of this type of products. To carry out this new methodology was enabled in the equipment of glass bottle washing, as one of the improvements, a hot soft water inlet for the sanitization.
