The aim of the study was to analyze the relationship between personal finances and work stress, as well as to determine the factors that influence this relationship. As a method, a qualitative approach was used and documentary analyses of thirty articles, theses and reports on personal finance and work stress from the period 2018-2022 were conducted. The results of the studies analyzed suggest that there is an important connection between personal finances and work stress, which would be influenced by factors such as financial education, financial planning, work overload, lack of autonomy and labor conflict. For this reason, it is recommended that companies implement financial education programs and promote a healthy work environment to reduce economic stress and improve the ability to manage economic resources.

For financing, reports are shown by budget categories and budget programs of the health sector. Data was obtained through the Integrated System of Financial Administration of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (SIAF-MEF) between the years 2016 - 2018. Education has been enshrined in the 1991 Political Constitution as a social, economic, and cultural right. Consequently, the State is obliged to guarantee access to all inhabitants of the national territory at all educational levels, including higher education and specifically to all academic programs, regardless of their cost or if the institution offering them is not of a public nature. The purpose of this work is to analyze how the State can ensure access to undergraduate medicine programs offered by private universities. Different fellowships programs to public school teachers have been developed in Latin-American. In Perú, this new program has been managed by Pronabec financing fellowships for teachers of different regions during 2014-2015. Thisstudy is addressed to analyze the teachers´ dilemmas faced when they applied; and, explore the future professional perspectives of this kind of teacher. The qualitative  method implies a documental analysis and survey with open answers to 20 teachers. Four types of dilemmas were identified–master versus family, master versus school, master versus another study, master versus no migration–, and eight possible futures scenarios related to the professional, academic, and unionpolitical fields.

Introduction. In Peru, public budget laws define the level and initial distribution of the health budget. Objective. To analyze the evolution of the level and initial distribution of the health budget in Peru in the period 2019-2024. Methods. Descriptive study. The budget of the Health function was analyzed by budget categories, budget programs, levels of government and departments, from 2019 to 2024, according to data from the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Results. Between 2019 and 2024, the budget for the Health function increased by 35%; while its share in the budget of the General Government increased from 10.8% to 12.2%, respectively. Objetive: We present preliminary results of the Pilot Program Renal Transplantation of Cayetano Heredía National Hospital – Public Health. Material and method: Case series of renal transplantation period 2007 to 2009. Results: we performed 32 living-related donor 30 (93.75%), unrelated 1 (3.13%), cadáver 1 (3.13%), 14 (43.75%) men, 18 (56.25%) women, 18 (56.25%) children and 14 (43.75%) adults. The average age was 21.5 ± 12.14 years (9.3 – 65.3), average waiting time on díalysis was 2.04 ± 1.79 (0.3 – 6.36) years. In Peru, according to the definition of the National Institute of Statistics and Data Processing (INEI, 2023), an individual in considered to be living in poverty if their monthly income is below PEN 415. Poverty decreased considerably from 2011 to 2019. However, after the COVID-19 pandemic, it has significantly increased, to the detriment of all progress made in the previous decade. This study addresses the importance of developing financial competencies among university students, emphasizing its significant impact on both their personal and professional lives. It is a theoretical-documentary analysis that examines previous records and evidence on financial education and personal finance. The adopted methodology was qualitative, basic in nature, with a systematic review design using the PRISMA method. OBJECTIVE: Determine the impact, characteristics, and changes in out-of-pocket health spending of households in Chile in 1997 and 2007. METHODS: A descriptive econometric study was conducted based on household surveys with cross-sectional information on spending in two years 1997 and 2007 for Greater Santiago. The evolution of indicators of per capita household spending by quintile was reviewed. The method proposed by the World Health Organization was used for econometric analysis of the determinants of out-of-pocket spending and catastrophic spending. The Gini indices were also calculated to analyze equity. RESULTS: Out-of-pocket health spending in the households of Greater Santiago increased significantly (39.5% per capita). Objective: The aim of this study was to identify critical aspects of the Cold Chain in the immunization process in Peru. Methodology: A descriptive study was conducted, analyzing data from the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and the Ministry of Health (MINSA) for the years 2020-2021, as well as administrative records from the MINSA's Regional Health Strategies for immunizations in 2020. Technical aspects established in the Health Technical Standard for Cold Chain Management, such as obsolescence, allocation, functionality, and storage capacity were taken into account.
