There is at present in Peru an important concern in the knowledge society to respond to the demands of the productive sector already that during these last decades the specialties in each college were introduced on the initiative of the teachers, without any study of the labor market or the needs of the different regions, nor of the contributions of the industrial engineers to secondary education directly or indirectly. The article focuses on the confrontation /comparison? between the naturalistic and the experimental paradigms to evaluate educational programs. It examines the theoretical framework of each paradigm and the proposed methodology to pursue an evaluation. Finally, the article addresses the possibility of a reconciliation between both paradigms.

We report a descriptive-comparative study focused on differences in the perception of the quality of education among students in special programs in the Faculty of Education at the National University of San Marcos. This article has been elaborated with the purpose of revising the teaching formation in service of the public school teachers, especially in Peru, helping to understand the teaching formation itself as a complex phenomenon, with multiple sides. The process of creation of the educational policies must be in accordance with plans that come after them. The politics and the programs of training argue, among their objectives, the possibility of transforming the practice in something better, the article analyzes the process to achieve the transformation. Additionally, a brief presentation of the program of teaching formation, implemented by the Ministry of Education in 2002, is shown.

The current research article shows the Influence of a Program of Self-esteem in the School performance applied at students of fourth and fifth grade of Primary Education in the Educational Institution Nº 10039 of the District of New Arica - 2012". Objective: To determine the effectiveness of an educational program for the control of glycatedhemoglobin (HbA1c) in patients with diabetes. Materials and methods: A before-and-after cohortstudy was conducted in patients with diabetes. Different fellowships programs to public school teachers have been developed in Latin-American. In Perú, this new program has been managed by Pronabec financing fellowships for teachers of different regions during 2014-2015. Thisstudy is addressed to analyze the teachers´ dilemmas faced when they applied; and, explore the future professional perspectives of this kind of teacher. The qualitative method implies a documental analysis and survey with open answers to 20 teachers. Four types of dilemmas were identified–master versus family, master versus school, master versus another study, master versus no migration–, and eight possible futures scenarios related to the professional, academic, and unionpolitical fields.
