Machine learning is a branch of artificial intelligence that uses scientific computing, mathematics and statistics through automated techniques to solve problems based on classification, regression and clustering. Social demand refers to the need for service and product of the professional training process, expressed by interest groups, aimed at contributing to national development, as established by the quality assurance policy of university higher education and national licensing and accreditation models. In this context, this paper conducts research based on job positions of IT professionals posted n web portals, designs a machine learning process with an unsupervised approach, extracts occupational profiles, designs a multidimensional model, applies k-means clustering when determining clusters of job positions by similarity, and reports the results obtained.

In this second part is proposed to revise and to consolidate binding concepts in the models and analysis techniques cost-volume-utilities (C-V-U) that are pertinent in a vulnerable and very sensitive economy to the changes of the competitive forces. Furthermore it concepts of leverage operating and elasticity price of the demand so that the engineer of processes has more extensive criteria for his analysis and proposals of solutions with greater professional rigorousness.

The article begins by recognizing that the Administrative Process in Peru is full jurisdiction, protects the legal situations in addition to control the legality of the administrative acts. El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como base en el análisis del proceso productivo de frutos confitados en la empresa Industrias Alimentarias SAC, ubicada en Lima, la cual muestra una demanda no atendida. Basado en esto, se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación actual del proceso productivo de frutos confitados, logrando identificar los problemas que afectan a lo largo del proceso productivo, para posteriormente proponer mejoras. Since the growing health crisis produced by COVID-19, our economic, social, and judicial environment has undergone several changes. Among these changes are the measures adopted by the judiciary to continue protecting rights and to continue with «normality» in its own work. This article comments on Directive No. 007-2020-CE-PJ approved by Administrative Resolution of the Executive Council of the Judiciary No. 000167-2020-CE-PJ, which implemented the «Simplified and Virtual Process of Food for Children and Adolescents». Indeed, it will be analyzed its main scopes and relevant modifications with regards to the traditional process. Likewise, the experience of the Superior Court of Justice of La Libertad with respect to the implementation of the virtual form of food demand will be taken into consideration.

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the possibility of resuming the counting of the limitation period (Article 1997 of the Peruvian Civil Code), interrupted with the filing of the lawsuit, when the negligence of the plaintiff materializes in the labor judicial process and, specifically, when the process ends due to the non-attendance of the parties to the hearings scheduled in the first instance of the labor judicial process. It is proposed to carry out an analysis of interpretation –using the method of ratio legis for rules involved to verify whether the negligence described is comparable to abandonment of the process and, therefore, constitutes a case of ineffectiveness of the interruption of the limitation period.

In this paper, the author analyzes the Peruvian and Spain procedural guarantees that involve the act of serving the lawsuit at the defendant’s legal domicile. It explains the reasons why the defendant cannot be summoned to the WhatsApp application or to an-email. For the purposes, the guarantees that involve the act of serving the claim at the defendant will be analyzed, which go beyond the guaranteeing that the defendant becomes aware of the claim.

Se presentan los métodos más utilizados para la macrolocalización de plantas, la concepción metodológica y su importancia en el diseño de procesos, aplicables a las plantas de derivados de la industria azucarera.Se considera la incertidumbre en la disponibilidad de las materias primas y el mercado.De los métodos se propone para la macrolocalización de las plantas el de transporte por su amplia utilización y su sencillez, como herramienta el SOLVER del Microsoft EXCEL por serasequible a todos los usuarios. Se presenta la formulación del problema de programación lineal mezclado con enteros aplicado a la localización de plantas de derivados de la industria de la caña de azúcar, listo para ser utilizado en la evaluación de múltiples alternativas en el diseño de procesos.

El Perú conocido por tener diversidades de productos agrícolas, uno de ellos es la yuca, un tubérculo con propiedades medicinales, conocido por regular la frecuencia cardiaca y presión arterial. En base a la necesidad de la población por una vida llevar una vida sana, se formuló como objetivo general determinar la prefactibilidad de instalar una planta de yuca procesada para satisfacer la demanda internacional y en base a esto se plantearon objetivos como determinar la viabilidad comercial, técnica y económica-financiera. The realization of the photo-electrochemical process consists in percolating the solution to be treated through an electrolytic reactor, in which the anodes coated with metal oxides remains under the effect of ultraviolet radiation (UV). The solution used in this study was contaminated artificially from fecal samples positive for bacteria and intestinal parasites. The evaluation of the process for the disinfection of water was held in photo-electrical-chemical reactor, with a total volume of 10.0 Lper batch system contaminated with human fecal material. Background: Mechanical reasoning (MR) is the ability to identify the components of a system and understand how they interact in order for the system to work. Different mechanical systems, such as those of wheels and gears, require different types of reasoning. Objective: This study seeks to analyze the relationship that working memory (WM) and processing speed (PS) have with MR. Method: One hundred seventy-three (173) university students were assessed through the DAT test which consisted of 30 MR problems, the symbol search subtest of the WAIS-III battery for assessing the PS, and the BIMET-V and BIMET-VE batteries to evaluate the WM verbal and visuospatial components. Advanced Oxidation Processes (AOX) are based on the in situ generation of hydroxyradicals (·OH), which have a high oxidation potential. In the case of Fenton processes !he generation of hydroxy radicals takes place by the combination of an oxidation agent (H202) with a catalyst (Fe(II)). These radicals are not selective and they react very fast with the organic matter,being able to oxidize a high variety of organic compounds. This property allows the degradation of pollutants into more biodegradable compounds, and,in some cases, their complete mineralization into C02 and mineral acids. Under optimal conditions, (pH=3, (Fe 2+] = 200 mg/L, [H2O2] = 3612 mg/L) the Fenton processes are able to reduce !he concentration of the organic matter present in the textile effiuent, up lo 97%.
