Esta investigación se realiza con el propósito de aportar al conocimiento existente sobre el uso de la tecnología móvil, mediante una indagación científica, como instrumento de evaluación se desarrollará entrevistas ya que se busca identificar cuál es la percepción de los gerentes de recepción y de los huéspedes cuyos resultados podrán sistematizarse para fomentar el conocimiento, respecto a la incorporación de la tecnología móvil en los procesos de check in y check out en los hoteles de 3, 4 y 5 estrellas en la ciudad de Lima metropolitana. Esta investigación demostrará que su adquisición generará mayor satisfacción puesto que, se obtendrá información y orientación de forma rápida y eficaz.

The aim of this research is to analyze the use of Twitter by Verificado México during the Mexican electoral campaign of 2018. The project, known as VerificadoMX 2018, brought together a team of more than 90 media outlets and organizations that partnered to verify information about an electoral process that began on March 29 and ended on June 27, 2018. Based on the analysis of the 3116 tweets published from VerificadoMx's Twitter account, a typology of rumors and verifications is proposed for the study of electoral campaigns. From the study of the VerificadoMX Twitter account we must point out that we must distinguish two specific moments that accelerate the verification of facts and speeches: the electoral debates and the electoral day. On the other hand, we can differentiate between rumors of electoral pre-campaign, campaign and post-campaign.

The Brexit referendum is a good example of the particular vulnerability of the European project when fighting disinformation. Therefore, EU institutions have developed a series of initiatives throughout 2018 to define a European strategy to counter disinformation that emphasizes the responsibility of social networks in reporting false content. In addition, given the weakness of the European public sphere, the European institutions support the creation of European networks of fact checkers. In a context where digital media increases the proliferation of information, this research addresses media literacy as a possible solution to fake news. This article analyzes the relationship that fourth-year high school students from a school in Lima have with the media they interact with, in order to evaluate the degree of development of their media literacy. To do this, the CRAAP test was applied, which allows us to know the criteria they take into account when distinguishing a fake news story from a true one based on levels of currency, relevance, authorship, accuracy, and purpose of the text. As a result, the students evaluated false and true information very similarly, leading to the conclusion that they do not possess an adequate level of media literacy. The research object is to determine the correlation between the nonverbal communication of the teacher and the motivation of school achievement of the students of the I. Fortunato Zora Carbajal. It is a basic research, with correlational descriptive design, the sample is composed of 29 teachers and 121 students; We used as an instrument an inventory of 20 items for motivation of achievement and for nonverbal communication a questionnaire with 18 reagents, both instruments were validated and tested for reliability, obtaining 0.74 points and 0.77 points with the alpha method Of cronbach.
