This research is about what the “Aprendo en casa” strategy in Peru in 2020 meant from two of its main resources, radio and television. The objective was to analyze communicationally and evaluate the programs of both media. Thirty-two pieces from all educational levels were discussed, in seven months, with 27 expert communicators, and the experience from 50 target actors of the strategy was evaluated. The study was methodologically naturalistic, with a qualitative approach, indirect hermeneutical and phenomenological typologies, and under an open coding design. Eight categories generated by free will were found to show results on biased content and questionable forms of presentation; gaps were made visible at the educational, digital, and generational levels, and disarticulation between the education and communication axes. In this paper, we develop the theme of semiotics as the science that studies the processes of signification. As science explains and interprets verbal and nonverbal mechanisms used to communicate with the man, that is, to convey information about different realities; regularly does so through a range of signs. This is understandable, because in truth, the human being is a symbolic being, par excellence created, issued and interpreted signs, and in turn, organizes and systematizes through codes, in either case, culture is implicit. Without any doubt, to understand the nature of the human being and communication, one must understand the signs and codes. In this sense, for a better understanding and and we include a variety of examples, taken directly from users in a specific context.

The Civil Code of 1984 contains some great contradictions, which generate difficult solutions to the common denominator of the people, as well as to those who must administer justice, since they are exposed to permanently deal with the interpretative range that our substantive code generates. In this article we analyze a contradiction that arises in the specific case of testamentary indivision and the possibilities and consequences of the non-acceptance of the same by the testamentary heirs, which can lead us to understand it contradictorily as a sort of partial waiver of the inheritance, certainly not allowed by law. It is foreseeable and desirable that, at the end of said anniversary, different jurists and professors will deal, according to their specialties and preferences, with analyzing the different Books of the Civil Code and evaluate their benefits, deficiencies, application, modification needs, etc., without failing to mention the countless modifications it has experienced. Ethics and accountability have proved to be crucial aspects in fact-checking, which can only be understood in connection with social responsibility and public service. This research aims to provide a new scope of analysis by taking the code of principles of the International Fact-checking Network as a reference to observe the level of compliance and accountability of several fact-checking platforms. El objetivo del estudio fue diseñar un sistema web basado en la metodología Scrum y el Framework CodeIgniter para el proceso de inventario en la empresa Balnort. Se caracterizó por ser una investigación de tipo aplicada y con enfoque cuantitativo. El diseño fue experimental y de carácter pre-experimental. La muestra contó con una población de 20 personas del área de producción y se tuvo como técnica de recolección de datos la encuesta y observación.
